This store operates in a way that is completely unacceptable.
I placed an order on January 10, 2026. For almost a full month there was no shipment, no tracking number, and no meaningful communication. When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly told to “just wait” with no timeline and no proof that the order had even been processed.
After nearly four weeks of waiting, on February 4, I clearly stated that I no longer needed the item and demanded cancellation of the order before shipment.
Despite this, they responded that the order had supposedly already been shipped — again without providing any tracking information. The package then arrived the next day. This strongly suggests the item was shipped either at the very last moment or after my explicit cancellation request.
The item was no longer needed or wanted. Nevertheless, the store now insists that I must pay return shipping costs, even though the delay, lack of transparency, and failure to cancel the order are entirely their fault.
This is not a shipping issue. This is a business that ignores cancellation requests, withholds tracking information, and shifts financial responsibility to the customer after their own mistakes.
This behavior borders on deceptive and should be a serious red flag for anyone considering ordering from this store. I strongly advise avoiding it.

The customer service is excellent. I was attempting to return an item that did not quite fit my proportions and they are sending me something in return that I have had on my wish list. No hassle, no return of the item. Who does that?! Also, the other 2 pieces I have received from this company are outstanding. The stitching on the jacket looks like it has been individually tailored, and the zipper quality on both the shirt and the jacket is durable and substantial. My new favorite company!!!!

I ordered two items but only received one. I had to send many emails and open a PayPal dispute to get the issue resolved. On the positive side, the product quality is good and looks exactly like the photos.

The clothing is cut way too small. It’s complicated to return and expensive. They ask alot of questions I have not reviewed one if the three tops I ordered and they haven’t credited it. Beware. It’s a semi scam

I absolutely love the quality of the clothing! I have ordered at least 5 items and thrilled with all items. The customer service team is also amazing, I ordered the wrong size in an item and they replaced with the right size and allowed me to keep my original purchase which will be a great gift for a friend of mine! Everything that I ordered was made of quality fabrics and well crafted. So, you can imagine my disappointment when everything was just a little too snug. There isn’t much, if any, stretch so I recommend for everyone to size up. When I reached out to inquire about sizing up, the response was quick and professional and resolved all of my sizing issues. I am super excited to receive the upsized tops and jackets.

First time I ordered from Futario I was super excited however unsure of my size. My mother loves the clothes and always recommended I size up. I ended up ordering three beautiful peices and they were all too big. Well I called Futario the next day expecting return process to be pretty extensive. In the end they shipped me the sizes no fee nothing and I could keep the other sizes. Amazing! I was so thankful. So many places make it so difficult to return. ❤️

I reached out to customer service because the jacket I ordered was quite tight on me. They were very accommodating and immediately started an order for my replacement in one size up. I was told that I did not need to return the shipment I had already received and would not be charged for the new one.
