I love this company

I love this company! The range of clothes is stunning and there is something for everyone. What is also incredibly impressive is their speed of response to any queries and the excellent Customer Support. Finding a company that offers quality and support is difficult enough. OMG - So worth it!

OMG! In a day and age when AI chat bots and customer service has deteriorated into agents reading off their training manuals of processes that don't really help or address real issues with customers...Futario is a step above the rest. First, the quality of the olive floral blazer I ordered was absolutely GORGEOUS, both in quality of materials, seams, and color. Second, I had lost a lot of weight and ordered what I thought my new size was, but my bust was still too large to look good with the blazer buttons - Futario immediately shipped me the new size and I didn't have to get the hassle of bureacratic filings, wait times, or apologies with lectures. This company is amazing. The items are quality and it seems, so are the people. This is my kind of company!

I am so thrilled that I found Futario!

I am so thrilled that I found the Futario shop. The clothing line is so unique - its like shopping in an international global boutique from the comfort of your own home, but with Customer Service that you would receive from a local family-owned business! Their items make me look incredible - I get so many compliments, and their customer service makes me feel highly valued. It's very personalized, which is rare these days. I recommend everyone to take a look!

I had ordered a vest in a large. I usually am a women’s medium. It was too small. They offered to send me an X-Large for free & to keep the one I already have. EXCELLENT customer service! Beautiful clothes btw quality is top notch!

I love their clothing

I love their clothing! The quality is exceptional and the style is amazing. I get compliments regularly every time I wear their clothing. Their items make me feel sexy and beautiful. Shipping is quick and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely horrible quality

Absolutely horrible quality, cheap fabric, wrong size chart that suggests incorrect measurements, no exchange or refund offer. It's a Chinese scam. Be aware
After reading my one star review, the company issued me a refund and asked me to remove this review.
The quality of the merchandise didn't change based on the refund. It's still poorly made and low quality. But now we know that you can actually get your money back. Too bad they didn't do it prior to being threatened.

Elegant merchandise and good customer service

I came across Futario on shop app. Their clothing line stood out and was not like any major department clothes. I was apprehensive about clothes quality but, nonetheless I ordered couple blouses. I placed an order for Vintage short sleeved zippered placket denim blouse, vintage washed short sleeve blouse and vintage washed Henley collar denim blouse.
I received only partial order. It was then I contacted support. I got prompt response and they let me know that one item was sold out and that it would take a while before next shipment. They apologized for the delay, but offered I could instead pick any other blouse in exchange for no extra charge to me.
The blouses I did receive are of good quality. The buttons on short sleeve denim are of good quality and the fabric is super soft and has a bit of stretch to it. It fits nicely and looks elegant.
Vintage Henley light blue on the other hand is a bright summer wear with really pretty piping. It is also fitted and really contours around the waist.
I look forward to getting my entire order. I actually placed another order for a denim dress as well. I am very pleased with quality of products and would be definitely shopping again in near future.

Shady Business Practices

I ordered clothing for Christmas way back in October. Only one of the 4 items was delivered prior to Christmas with the second of 4 items received in January. After months of waiting, the other 2 items that cost me over $300 were never delivered. There was no communication as to why I never received my full order until I figured out how to look up what's going on myself and discovered that those items were out of stock and discontinued. I got no communication from the company about this. They were just happy to keep my money and try to get away without sending or offering me anything. After an arduous process of back and forth via chat and emails requesting a refund with them trying everything not to give my money back... They finally refunded most, but not all of the amount I paid for the 2 items. So I never did get a full refund or an apology for my experience. One of the two dresses I ordered and actually received had construction irregularities and will not be able to wear without having it fixed by a seamstress. The other item was nicer, but still not of the quality depicted on their website or worth the price and wait. Only order from this company if you're willing to wait many months for your order and don't mind getting less for your money...and if you don't mind getting the run around for getting a refund. Would never purchase again from them and will never recommend to anyone I care about.

I haven’t received my garment yet but…

I haven’t received my garment yet but if it is as good as the customer service I’ve experienced so far, I will be very happy! The speed in response and communication that I’ve received when I had an issue with placing my order was above the current norm!! It was almost immediate and I was obviously speaking with a real human and not a robot. I will have a follow up review when I receive my blazer.

Satisfied customer

I ordered two items for my wife for Christmas, a blazer and a vest. The sleeves on the blazer were too long so they offered her to pick another item and she chose a red denim jacket, that really looks great! The vest was too small, so they assisted her in determining her correct size and then sent it to her without delay. All of the items were beautiful high end garments. Correspondence with Furario was always immediate and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from Futario again.

Ordered 2 separate orders back to back…

Ordered 2 separate orders back to back in Dec about 9 garments total received 2 both were nothing like the web site. I am told after several attempts one blouse not available refunded me 35 on a 65 dollar purchase. Told me the other 6 would be 20 days to produce. Request full refunds for blouse and all the rest and has been a month. Crickets if you are dumb enough to use this site after reading all of these issues you get what you deserve. These people are straight up crooks! Im out 900 plus bucks no good deed goes unpunished.

I appreciate beautiful clothing

I appreciate the beautiful clothing I have purchased so far for myself and my daughters, but there's one pair of pants that I purchased that I wasn't satisfied with because it didn't match the same quality of the other clothes I have purchased. I'm attracted to Futario clothing because of the feminine, modern and uniqueness that I can't find in locate stores.

The customer service is very excellent…

The customer service is very excellent I ordered a few very beautiful pieces and they did not fit as my normal size. They are correcting it right away for me. The material and quality is so beautiful. I cannot wait to order more peices after realizing my correct size.

Great customer service!

I have ordered 2 jackets from the site and was very pleased with the first one. The second one didn’t look like the picture on the site so I reached out about a return. Ladies...the exchange process was so smooth and enchanting, At first I just knew I would be frustrated because I am usually communicating through emails, but Futario!
