I received my castor oil bottles and they were supposed to come with rose quartz rollers on top, but instead my bottles have plastic molded balls on top with a clear seam where balls are molded together. The worst part is that I cannot dispense any oil from the bottle no matter how hard I tried! I finally gave up on getting the product out of the bottle! Also, the label says organic castor oil yet the ingredient list says it has many other ingredients which I am pretty sure aren’t organic and likely negates the product as being organic. I am in the process of trying to return these bottles for a refund.

The organic castor oil feels like rubbing water on your skin. Castor oil is the last ingredient. Website says 90 day return. Lie. This is complete scam😡

If I could give them no stars I would do so. Avoid at all costs. I ordered one sink stopper as I wanted to make sure it would fit. They charged me for six even though I ordered only one. Once they arrived, they did not fit my sink. I had reached out to customer service asking that they credit my credit card since I had not ordered six itmes. No response. I then returned them to the return address on the UPS form. Yesterday I received the package back saying that the receipient has refused to accept the package. There is apparently no way to return an item. They should be nominated for the worst customer service possible! I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company.

When I purchased product, website didn’t provide ingredient information. Castor oil roll on has many toxic chemicals in it. Cannot use it.

The product, sink drainers, was too big for my drains. Otherwise, the drainer would have been excellent. I requested a refund and asked if I had to return the product. I didn't have to return the product and I promptly got my money returned. Excellent customer service.

There was an error in my order, which I caught and contacted Futumall immediately. At my request of them responding within 24 hours to my email to Futumall stating the problem, I must say, they responded within that timeframe and we were able to resolve the error right away. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the initial error in billing.
All has been corrected in a timely and polite manner so all is good! 😊

Order on May 4, 2026. Order # 335872 : 2 roller caster oil bottles. When I track it reads not found.
Sent them a E mail yesterday no response. Want my full refund back into my account.

The product is great organic castor oil that I can roll on, the time it took to receive my item was very stressful. I received it on today, May 20, 2026.😩

I ordered a drain stopper. It was too small for my drain. Futumall understood, they told me to keep the drain stopper, and they refunded my money right away. I would definitely order from them again.

I was happy that Julia was so helpful in solving my problem. I was worried that I would be battling with the refund (which will take up to 2 weeks) but, if it goes through I will be a satisfied customer.

Package took a long time to be received once purchased. Tracking the package was extremely difficult and most times it couldn’t be tracked.

Futumall was able to help me with my refund of an item that did not work for me because of the wrong size. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

You all presented me with such Stellar Customer Service and handled my request immediately, and I'm very grateful for that. That's doing real satisfactory business. Thank you so much. I wish those drain stoppers had been just a bit smaller. They are very lovely, but were too large for my drain. I liked them a lot. Thank you again.

This is fraud. Someone has my credit card!

They were a little smaller than anticipated.
The way they were packaged they had a really bad smell for days.
Trying to get them to look more full was not that easy, some of the branches broke off.
We'll see how they hold up outside.

The Futumall support staff were very courteous,very understanding of the problems I was experiencing with my purchase , they very efficiently helped me to resolve my issue . I'm very appreciative for their help . Thank you so much Support staff!

Did not. Receive the package. Checked the shipping follow up the USPS said there was no street address. They said it was on the way.
Then said I would have to come to the PO to get it.

Accidentally made an error on my order, caught the mistake immediately and cancelled.

Customer service assured me that refund would be credited within 2 weeks... and it was!
