A difficult review, trying to be constructive. The products are good, got quite a few, but recently had a need for a new charger for all the items. None to be found anywhere on line, but showing as Out of Stock on the Futura site. Tried, repeatedly, to contact Futura direct but could not get any sense out of them and they refused to speak! Consequently had to purchase more equipment JUST to get a new charger for existing items! Ended up buying a Garden Blower, including new battery and charger, PLUS a Garden Strimmer with TWO new batteries and another (spare) charger! Both delivered quickly and function great - BUT is this really how your products should be supported? Be careful.

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, purchased an electric throw directly from them in October 2022, which no longer heats up. Futura Direct will not answer my emails it is under warranty, phone number has a recorded message instructing customers to use form on website, have use this form four times, no response whatsoever. Cannot contact them.
This throw was £49.99 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL IGNORE YOU IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE

Brilliant response
We bought a strimmer last year but struggled to get blades to fit and the " undercarriage " developed a small split next to the blade fitment. Once the company were aware and we sent photos they rocked into action, with emails saying a replacement was on its way. 2 days later we received not one but two replacement parts and a pack of blades. Fantastic service Futura Direct, can't praise you enough for speed and customer service.

FCV100 Electric Heater
Delivery was good and as advised. Tracking information was useful.
The heater is very effective and great value for money.
On the downside setting the "setbacks" is really difficult. It seems that setting the setback times you have to set the times at the particular time the setback starts and then set the number of hours. Why can't the times be set in advance? The manual is not very helpful nor is the YouTube page.
In setting the days for "setbacks" Mon to Friday shows a "Green" indicator, yet Sat and Sun will not set. It would be far easier to call the "setbacks" program one and program 2. Reading the online YouTube comments suggests other people have the same problem in setting the times.
