My mum had her windows 🪟 fitted in today and yesterday. The bloke was hard working, on time, no messing about and just got straight on with his job. Excellent 👌 service and value! He took no breaks. Worked to high standard, very neat, precise and clean work. Could not be any happier. My mum is overwhelmed by the young mans attitude to working.. very polite and just fantastic! He listened👂to any concerns or issues we had. Finally my mum can see out of here new windows 🪟 to a better view as the old ☝️ ones were foggy 🌫 and blurry. I Would highly stress anyone wanting windows 🪟 fitted…look 👀 no further guys. Excellent customer service and support team. He made sure to clean up after himself and also took the old windows 🪟 which was an added bonus 👍 left everything nice and clean. Thank you to the lovely lady 🙋‍♀️ on the phone 📱 and bravo 👏 to the young man 👱‍♂️Very happy customers 🙂

Having had a few quotes we looked further away. Future Renovations have been absolutely Professional all the way from listening to what we wanted through to delivering and fitting. Our windows are absolutely beautiful! As is our new door. They are by far the cheapest but not at the expense of quality. The fitters are very Professional and make sure they clean up after the work is carried out. The Advidors always kept us up to date with what was happening and when Thank you for travelling such a distance we could not be happier. Helen & Mark (Southport)

Our back door has been very old and made by wood. We been selected to rebuild the door to feature renovation. They have done very resonable rate and worthy.

Had a great sales advisor,surveyor and fitting team unfortunately this is where our positive experience ends. The after care has been abysmal and extremely poor and communication non existent.We had our windows and doors installed in November 2020 about a month after our install the back door had dropped it took many phone calls and promised installation dates and around about 8 weeks of waiting before it was resolved we was told it was a faulty hinge. In September 2021 we reported the same fault the back door had dropped and the door was sticking and difficult to open/close/lock/unlock at this point we was informed that we had to pay £125 for an engineer to come out we questioned the charge as we presumed that the 15 year guarantee covered this and this was our reason for choosing future renovations the lady we spoke with informed us that this was a standard fee and was in the terms and conditions . What terms and conditions I asked as we had never received anything either before or after the installation they tried blaming us saying we had given them incorrect email addresses which was utter rubbish as we had communicated with them on said emails. Conveniently when I complained and refused to pay the £125 I was then sent the terms and conditions via you guessed it email.
When I threatened to contact FENSA because I had not been issued a certificate low and behold that also appeared in my email inbox, the email that was incorrect may I add.
I have had independent free advice and been told that the door frame is twisted and is out and not true and this is what is causing the back door to stick. I refuse to pay £125 for someone to hold up a tape measure to tell me that I'm not at fault. When I call future renovations all I get told is that they will not waive the fee but offer me a reduction and that they will escalate my case unsuprisingly I hear nothing back.im now contacting trading standards and my local paper as enough really is enough. Avoid this company at all costs .

Excellent experience with future renovations they have done excellent job from start to finish. We were very happy with the quality and the installation team.

This is a review for future renovations from the sales to the window fitters the sales people where very help full they gave me the best possible price for the windows excellent thanks then is a big Big thank you to the fitters they really new there jobs excellent manner very good workers never stopped working from start to finish letf my house clean and tidy thanks a lot lads the best to you all at future renovations i will give you 10 out of 10 very good company from sales to window fitters it would be a honour to recermend your company to every one wanting new window

A great experience from start to finish. James, the first salesman to visit was friendly and non pushy. He explained everything very clearly. The surveyor (cannot remember his name) was very friendly and knowledgable. A couple of months later we receive a call from Adam to book in earlier than expected. The fitters took their time and produced a great finish. They were polite, tidied up after themselves and repaired any slight damage to the walls around the windows. I have since received a courtesy call explaining how to report any issues. Good company

I was very pleased with the quality and the installation team. The team worked really hard and cleaned up at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend Future Renovations.

We have noticed a difference in our home since the new windows went in, Our windows look amazing, thank you so much!

Thankyou to Future Renovations for fitting our replacement double glazing and Velux loft windows. The standard of work and finish on both of the installations was to a high standard and the fitters painstakingly cleared up afterwards.
With the job complete our double glazing is much more efficient benefitting from superior products. The improved technology windows have reduced noise, drafts and heat loss.
The gentleman that did the Velux loft windows installation merits special thanks as it was not an easy job. We are pleased with the finished result and look forward to receiving our guarantee documents in due course.

From start to finish i could not fault this company. Sue in the office got everything organised after a few minor hicvups. The 3 lads that fitted the windows did it in an organised way. They worked non stop to get the job done and were really really clean and tidy. Thank you so much. Would definately use again x

SCAM!!

Placed and order with them at a set price. My mum was told there would be no interest. Next day she received a email from their finance to say there is. Within two days my mum cancelled this order. They only refunded half of the deposit when there was no agreement of which windows she wanted, so no work was started. They owe £200… Their terms and conditions is very miss leading. They constantly kept ringing my mum and even turned up at their house to not cancel and they will charge at a lower price. From here we thought this company is a scam. Put a chargeback against them and they fobbed the bank with fake terms and conditions. In fact it says all the money will be refunded if no work is done. LOL. Lies. Do not go with this company. There’s so many bad reviews. I wish I seen this sooner!! But I will name and shame you all over social media. You conned my mum. She is an old lady. No remorse what so ever. They just take your money.

The lads that came were great and explained everything that they were planning on doing as they were going along. The job was done to a professional standard and I am very pleased with the outcome. Very much appreciated and affordable.

Really chuffed with my new windows & door from Future Renovations. The quality is excellent and the price I paid was far lower than (by about 40%) other quotes I received. The lads who fitted my units were efficient, tidy and polite and the Sales Team were really informative with no ‘hard sell’. Couldn’t ask for more, thanks very much Future Renovations - if you’re looking to buy double glazing I’d highly recommend this company.

Gave the incorrect information and say that it is government funded, on call Ricky was being very rude, disrespectful and caused inconveniences. The customer service was appalling and misleading. Would not recommend and a such time waster.

I don't even think it is worthy of 1 star, the company do not respond to any of the queries once the order has been placed, they don't get back to you, staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. Don't let them inside your house as a single parent I had a creep asking me to come for coffee. Stay well clear of this company. They will not deliver and it will be a nightmare getting a refund.

Stay away, SCAM company, very Poor customer service. Ordered composite door almost 4 months ago kept delaying and then asked for a further £470 and fitting middle of November 2021. Now cancelled order and still awaiting my deposit back. Trading standards involved now !! Just rubbish !

We had our windows and back door replaced by Future Renovations.

At the time they where installing had to point out yo the fitter that that 2 of the windows had been fitted in the wrong position. When they were finished we pointed out a piece of chocolate between the panes glass.

They corrected the pane but the door didn't fit right. After refusing to sign off the job as complete because of the door fit and a missing hinge cover they started with the hard luck story. Eventually the door fit was corrected but no cover supplied.

3 months later the door had to be forced in to place and a call was placed and the real face of this company comes to the front. They will not honour their warranty, you have to pay £100 for a service call. When this was paid another fitter attended and told us the door need taken out and refitted but would adjust the lock for the meantime. He would let the office know and they would be in touch.

In touch was an email saying the job was complete. Cannot get anywhere with them. Door is not installed correctly, still missing the hinge cover and if we call them back its another £100.

If your having any issues with the install "do not sign anything".

Despicable underhanded company, steer clear.
