The guys who fitted our windows and doors did a great job. I'm happy with the outcome.

Excellent work done by Jack and his team from future Renovations. Clean tidy job completed in the time promised to a great standard. Really hard working team. I am extremely fussy but every request was adhered to by these very well mannered team.

What a great price and product, as for the crew that installed them they were fantastic. A couple of hic-cups with the date, but boy did they make up for it when they arrived in the after noon, the job was classed as 10 windows, within an hour there were dust sheets from the kitchen to the bedroom for window 1, the old window was out and the new one going in in less than the hour, bed room 2 followed as did bedroom 3, these guys never stopped from start to finish, they were polite and respectful of my property and really a pleasure to have them doing the job. Day 2 this should have been classed as 7 windows, window 1 straight in as in the previous day, window 2 a mistake on the sizing, window 3 straight in, arranged to come back when window 2 had been remade to correct size, Told the Company not to send any other guys than the three who had done the previous windows, they turned up installed the last window with the same care and consideration as the first, sadly the only name I got from these three guys was Anton, so to Anton and his team you have done a fantastic job and thank you, to the Company I would never hesitate to use them or recommend them to any one, great prices, great products, and a great team to deal with Thank you

Rude scam artist company

this company, they send out scam artists to give you a quote, at the end of the quote they state to sign the quote to keep it live, then 1 month later my partner get a call from a very rude customer service operator stating that you are in a live and legally binding contract with them. I’ve had a phone call today and I stated that I never signed a contract, we were advised to sign to keep the quote live on a measurement and design paper, this company will use underhand, bullying and scare tactics to take you money for over priced cheap windows, Do not use this company, your not legally bound when your sold incorrectly, this scam company isn’t getting a penny, and thank god we didn’t pay a deposit,

I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING YOU AGAIN, As one of your members of staff rang my partner today and said if you don’t remove this post which is damaging to your company then (in his words) ‘I will damage you’ This is disgusting to hear and outrageous behaviour.

They have contacted trust pilot to have the review removed, I have all the relevant documents to prove this company quoted me and have witnesses to the threats made that have been escalated to a higher company. A man came to my house today to ask us to remove the review or what it would take to remove it. This company is is appalling in its ethics and I’m interested to see where this goes.

Absolute bloody garbage, customer service is the worst! Do not return your phone calls, after promising to look into it and "I'll sort it" arrange to come out to look at problem and dont turn up! Tell me there having a problem with there manufacturer, but only about this door, this is not my problem, I want the door sorting, fit in Feb and still waiting, DON'T USE THEM, USELESS

You haven't liased with me at all! it's me who's had to hound you, you arranged a date to come out and didn't even turn up or have the decency to ring to say you couldn't make it! You then asked when he was free and I told you fri, you didnt confirm and when I rang back you said someone was coming sat!! That's not the day he was free, you have however rectified the problem now but it only took 3 months, and 2 weeks of hounding.
Wouldn't recommend and won't use again 👍

These people have coned me out of a £320 deposit again their salesman Kalif told me he could only get me a good price if I signed for on the day but that I had a 14-day cooling-off period. I sent the prescribed letter which was 'signed for' but they say, I didn't send the cancelation letter, even though I provided evidence. I've had many pressured phone calls until I blocked their number, then emails to try and get me to respond. I am not letting it rest because I am disabled and can't afford to lose this much money.

I think these people live in cuckoo land as all they have done to help is send someone around to the house (intimidation) to say if I take my review down they will pay me £200 of the money they owe me.

From start too finish the Fitters did a grand job, I went for the triple glazed windows as I live on a busy main rd and now it's so peaceful in my main room its fantastic. Thankyou very much Future Renovations.

From the sales rep, surveyor to the lads who fitted my doors all 10/10

I was so pleased to see the men here to fit our door & 2 windows. They did a great job,worked well , and so friendly. Not a problem with the fitters but a problem with communication with the office who deal with the job dates. On the fourth time I had too phone up why nobody had come to do the job. Not happy with that side of things .

Had a team of 2 show up at a challenging property to install 2 doors and 5 windows, absolutely seamless and flawless work ethic. All installed to a high standard of finish with care and attention to detail, customer service from Future Renovations admin and service was superb from start to finish, highly recommended!

Brilliant firm carnt recomend them enough. Had 7 pains fitted. The fitters who came was very friendly and very professional. If anybody out there wants windows fitted use future renovation uk great firm.

Today Future Renovations completed fitting a new front door with side panel, a new back door and bay window! It is an excellent job! The fitting crew were so polite, clean, friendly & very professional explaining every step of the process. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and would recommend to anyone. Had my windows fitted over the last 2 days by a prompt and well mannered fitter who was diligent. Then had a call today to ensure works had been completed to satisfaction. All through the process the teams and staff have been a pleasure to work with

Excellent customer service, from start to finish. Finish was clean and tidy with minimal dust left after (only what had settled after the fitters had left was present). I received call the day after work was completed to ensure I was happy with the service. Sales team aren't pushy either. I have already recommended to friends.

Well what can I say, obviously it started with the salesman arriving a nice affidable chap Clive. We knew before hand what windows we wanted to replace and after looking at the samples the quality seemed excellent and made our purchase.
The day of the fitting the team arrived layed down cloths to cover inside and outside working areas and cracked on. They were very professional, polite and efficient and took great care in making sure that the windows fitted as they should. We are extremely pleased with both the quality, fitting and the service. I intend to have them further quote for more windows and doors.

Excellent service and good door and did there job very good

I wrote a review in March regarding my phone being blocked after cancelling my order. My deposit of £350 was paid on 10th February 2021 and order cancelled on 17th February. I was told that the deposit would be returned after 30 working days, not including weekends. I make it that the deposit should have been paid by 1st April and it is now 19th April and no word from them. My number is still blocked, I cannot get through to them on my mobile phone, landline or my partner's phone. Each one I have rang them now gets a disconnected tone and cuts me off. My last review they asked me to ring them on 0207 183 7037 which is one of the numbers they have blocked me on, including their 0800 049 9679. I will now take this further if I do not hear back from them within the next 5 days, but any other advice would be welcome from anyone whose had the same problem! Order number included so this can be checked by the company. Dennis and Dianne
