Firstly, I would like to say that if you are going through the liquidating of a business I have total sympathy with you and secondly, I cannot stress how important it is to have Russel by your side. There are so many urban myths regarding the dos and don'ts that when you finally sit down with someone that says you can do this and you can't do that, the relief is immense. I recently contacted Russell as With the iR35 tax liability making my business not financially viable I decided to seek advice on closing down my business Russell’s knowledge was second to none.
I was extremely worried about closing my business with all my business liability’s to consider but after speaking to Russell , I was reassured that the process would be very easy as they would do everything , true to his word I had approximately 2 to 3 phone calls from future strategies and my business closed without any hassle within 3 months as he said with one phone call from creditors, absolutely fantastic service , I would strongly recommend future strategies if you have become a victim of IR35 or just decided you had enough of self employment and decide that Insoleancy is the way then future strategies is the answer
