It's been a very disappointing…

It's been a very disappointing experience. They were unable to verify my documents, and even worse, they have not issued a refund despite my request over four weeks ago. I’ve followed up multiple times but am still waiting. Poor customer service and no accountability. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Very bad customer support.

Very bad customer support. I passed challenge phase 1 and 2 on April 10 and did kyc on 11/42025. but so far not get my contract email and funded account. Whenever contact customer support they saying wait with patience Review team will inform you. But no news are getting me as well support team. I don't know Fxci is real prop firm. Atleast Review team should inform why it is delaying. Then i can wait with patientce. So be carefully invest these type of prop firm. I will mention after I get contract mail and funded account.

Follow-Up on Refund Delay – 23 Days and Still No Resolution

Thank you for your response and for acknowledging my feedback. I appreciate the sentiment and your commitment to improving transparency and communication within your platform.

However, it has now been 23 days since I requested a refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any resolution. While your message speaks of transparency, fairness, and integrity, my personal experience unfortunately reflects the opposite.

I urge anyone considering your services to check the General Chat and Payout sections — the reality traders are facing is clearly visible there. The situation is not isolated, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to trust the process or believe in the promises made.

In all honesty, this experience feels like a betrayal of trust, and as things stand, I can only summarize my experience in one word: "fraudulent." No serious prop firm with genuine intentions delays payouts or refunds this long without any valid explanation.

I still hope FXCI chooses to do the right thing. But until then, I cannot recommend your firm to any trader in good conscience.

Very Unprofessional

Very Unprofessional – Refund Not Received After KYC Rejection

I had purchased the 10K funded challenge from FXCI and successfully passed both phases. However, after completing the process, they rejected my KYC without any valid reason. I received an email stating that I would get a full refund, but even after several days, I have not received any refund.

I’ve emailed their support team multiple times, and after several follow-ups, they claimed the refund has been sent. But till today, I have received nothing, and now they are not responding at all.

This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. I trusted this platform, completed all requirements, and still ended up being ignored after KYC rejection. I would not recommend FXCI to anyone based on my experience.

Dont fall for this..You have better alternatives

Dont fall for this... they will take ages for giving account... i took 100K 1 step, and it has been more than 3 weeks and the answer you get is our finance department is still verifying your payment, and there is nothing we can do. Kindly be patient.
if by mistake you have passed evaluation, then just forget about funded accounts... as they take minimum 2 months for contract sign as seen in the reviews it is true

Actually every negative review is right…

Actually every negative review is right about this propfirm I completed my 5K 2 phase challenge account on 20th March but still didn't get the funded account this is a 100% fake propfirm and the customer support is soo worst they always say practice patience that's all but no response when will we get the account. 100% fake propfirm don't buy any account from this propfirm and don't promote this propfirm. If we ask refund also the same response will come form the customer support, so guys don't buy and fall in the trap.

Friends don't fall pray with this scam…

Friends don't fall pray with this scam prop firm. Because I am a victim and lost my amount. Reason is:-
10k 2 step evalution, daily drawdown is 5%
My results on starting day itself.
First 2 trades results - +$724
Next 4 trades results - -$540
Though I have approx $700 margin in my account my trades were disabled mentioning that I have violated daily draw down rule.
Is this justified?
Support is also such a worst experience that even after explaining still they says "Pl explain more".

A fake prop firm and a big scam. I had passed the challenge phases on 11th March phase 1 with 70℅ win rate and phase 2 with 90℅ win rate and first after passing I had to wait for kyc verification for 11 days and after that i had to wait another 15-18 days for email for contract but instead of contract they send a mail regarding that your strategy is too risky for us to provide you a live account seriously man if it was risky how can I get that much win rate, after having 2yrs experience I put these trades as a confirmed entry. I am also funded using same strategy with big firms like goat funded trader.but fxci they made me wait almost a month for this message and now they said they will refund money in 5 working days. I dnt know that they will seriously refund or not many people faced the same, before buying I was reading the reviews in trust pilot, but I didn't believe and go for challenge. But it's my biggest mistake to buy a challenge of fxci. If you want to waste your time then go for it. Before buying check their discord and see payout their last payout was way before. Now I just want is my refund. Hope I get it. I advice everyone dnt go for fxci seeing the cheap price as cheap prices their service is also cheap. Go for reputed firm like goat, funding pips etc. Dont go for fxci I bet you. You will regret your decision if you ignore this review. If anyone has any query they can ask. I will provide them proof.

FXCI more like a Scammer
