I have clear my challenge phase but you didn't provide live account I did my kyc verification but you denied and also not replying my mail

I paid for instant live account on friday. It was written on advertisement and website that you start trading with live account right away. because of this i prefered this firm . Then after all the payment procedure. They say sign the contract. Waited for hours then asked Helpdesk about it. And then here comes the surprise that your contact is being created manually and it will take another 48 hours to finalize your contact. after that you can trade. Really? then why don't you write this clearly on website that start trading in 48 hours. Anyways rest trading experience yet not taken because its already beyond 48 hours and yet not received my contract. Will update with my trading experience and payout story too after i experience myself with FXCI. @FXCI where is my contract guys . I am still waiting ??????

I have passed two challenge phases they declined live account while identity verification I don’t know what had happened when trying to chat with support there is no live agent very unprofessional from the FXCI team very disappointed after the hard work and time I have given passing challenges and this is how you treat your customers

I passed FXCI’s two-step evaluation after trading carefully for many days, strictly following all their rules. However, despite successfully completing the challenge, my Expert account was denied with the claim that I relied on "news-driven trading." This is completely false.

I trade using a price action-based strategy (Smart Monkey Concept on 1H and 4H) and always use limit orders. Occasionally, my trades may get triggered during news events, but that does not mean I rely on news trading. FXCI clearly states that news trading is allowed, yet they used this as a reason to reject my account.

After receiving their rejection, I reached out to their Risk Management Team for clarification, but they never responded. No transparency, no proper explanation—just silence. I invested significant time in passing their challenge, only to be denied for vague reasons.

If FXCI doesn't truly support all trading styles they claim to allow, they should be upfront about it instead of misleading traders into taking their challenges.

I would not recommend FXCI to serious traders who value fairness and transparency. There are far better prop firms that respect traders' time and effort.

Scam Form , they hide rules only reveal later that their drawdown is Trailing.

No time constraint gives me less trading stress. I am able to trade with flexibility at my own pace, not having to worry about deadlines.

I prefer to trade my way, and this platform gives me an advantage particularly in new trading. The loss limit per day prevents me from overestimating, yet still, allows me to trade with complete freedom. The transparency and fast withdrawals contribute to the experience.

I’m extremely frustrated with FXCI’s decision to deny me a funded account after I successfully passed both challenge phases. They accused me of using “latency arbitrage” only after I completed the challenge, with no prior warnings or proof of violations.

If my strategy was an issue, why allow me to finish the challenge? This feels like an excuse to avoid funding traders while still collecting fees. Their offer to “try again” by buying another challenge seems unfair. FXCI should honor its own rules—traders, be cautious before investing your time and money here.

I am a manual trader I don’t use any EA and you are giving excuse that I used latency arbitrage to my advantage, that’s not true, I talked to CTrader which was the broker used for trading they confirm they execute trades within 100ms of placing an order and promise their is no delay in execution, me being a manual trader how can I possible beat a machine who executes trade in less than 100ms and you are saying I beat that speed. Could you please provide the proof with the time stamp.

FXCI is a platfrom that is easy to work with and I also like the flexibility in terms of weekend holding allowed in swing trading. The absence of time constraints simplifies my trading strategies. The ability to exchange anytime is also a good feature and I am so far a happy user of this platform.

Using FXCI means having no time constraints which enables me to keep up with deadlines. I have been able to trade more strategically, looking for consistency rather than trying to keep arbitrary deadlines. My trading has improved since I have been a member.

I went for the $100k Swing with a $577 fee, drawn by the no time limit. Once I hit 8%, I moved to phase two for a 5% target. 💲 Honestly, the 5% daily loss was mangeable, so I never felt stressed out. Getting up to 99% profit split is icing on the cake.
