From start to finish Fylde is 5 Star service. I’m four months in now, so have a real review to give. The website is easy to use, the assessment process is genuine, the communications between steps in the process spot on, and delivery is swift and in the correct packaging for safety and temperature. Above all, the pricing is the best out there. I’m very grateful to have found Fylde and will be sticking with you instead of bouncing around looking for temporary savings when over time, it’s clearly better with Fylde.

Tried contacting the team multiple…
Tried contacting the team multiple times during the sign up process, I never heard back from them. I eventually was able to resolve the issue myself.
A few weeks ago I go to order my latest dose only a day later to be told it's out of stock which was not communicated at checkout. This put my dosage schedule of track.
If you think you might need any sort of help Fylde clinic probably isn't the place for you.

Missing item took a long time to replace
UPDATED REVIEW:
Updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
After a lengthy process, Fylde Clinic have now offered me a full refund as a goodwill gesture and also provided a replacement, which I appreciate. Because of this, I felt it was only fair to update my original review.
However, I cannot give 5 stars as the issue took nearly a month to resolve. My parcel arrived visibly ripped open with the medication missing, but after reporting the issue I experienced long delays in communication.
While I am grateful that the matter has now been resolved and that Fylde Clinic ultimately did the right thing, the time it took to reach a resolution and the lack of timely communication mean there is still significant room for improvement in their customer service. Hopefully they improve on this in the future
