Thank you for your help today

Thank you for your help today. It was amazing how you described what I needed to do and broke it down so it was easy to understand. Your help was very much appreciated. 

The app is also great. It saves a ton of time sorting through emails and allows you to always be up to date on the latest inbox item with an auto-draft reply that I can tweak to my liking. Two thumbs up!

Fyxer has some great ideas but not quite there

Fyxer has some great ideas - but it's too commercially focussed - as in it's less set up to be useful, and more set up to take your money. I signed up a trial, and then paid for a month - this was fine; but I decided I didn't like the behaviour (the draft replies were actually getting in the way) - and there isn't a dashboard whereby I can stop this behaviour. I managed to cancel the subscription - but it carries on drafting replies until the subscription finishes - and there's no way to stop it doing this, as when you try and log in, it simply says "you've cancelled - click here to pay again". This is a real pain, and would definitely put me off trying it again.

[Edit] - I found a way to get into the dashboard - if you're already logged in with an O365 account, there's no option to log out or try another account, apart from 're-sign up again', which was where I was getting stuck. You can open an incognito window and log in fresh that way to turn it all off, which is what I ended up doing - still annoying.

Simply navigate to the Fyxer dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) > Drafts > General > Draft Settings > Enable draft replies > Turn off this toggle > Save the preferences. Once disabled, no drafts will be generated in your email client.

by detailing the issue you were facing, and they would be more than happy to help troubleshoot, suggest workarounds, or tailor the setup to better suit your workflow.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. From the very first day, the emails have been written in my own tone and style, exactly the way I usually communicate. This made a huge difference for me, as the messages feel authentic and aligned with my voice, not generic or artificial. It saved me a lot of time and gave me confidence that my communication truly represents me.

Email Help is Okay. Meeting notes not so much

Regarding the Notetaker, you have the option to customize it to provide summaries in a style and preset of your choice. You can also work alongside the meeting assistant to prompt it to highlight key takeaways, summarize main topics, draft follow-up emails, action points from your meetings and so on. You can also use the Notetaker to record in-person and ad-hoc meetings.

It is saving me hours a day , I get over 300 emails a day and it is learning my tone quickly. I am sure soon I will need to make less changes toteh replies - loving it will roll it out to my entire staff soon

Needs Improvement & More Reasonable Price

AT first, my email got organized into folders. Then it no longer worked. I attended a training session, but it was for gmail and I'm pretty sure a good percentage of the workforce uses outlook. some of the email messages were spot on and seemed to learn at the beginning, including my calendar link and other automations that were really helpful. then that stopped. I didn't have time to figure out why. Lastly, this subscribption is really expensive for what I felt I got. I get tons more value from, say, Canva or Calendly for $15-$20 a month. I think Fyxer AI will have a hard time at $400 a year. Plus, we are a chamber of commerce and a nonprofit. I think chambers all over the country would love this product, but not at this price.

Not good for those who want high levels…

Not good for those who want high levels of relevance in their emails. Generic replies... ok. Cool. BUT... It will TAKE OVER your in-box. It takes almost as much time to re-read/proof the replies it writes for you as opposed to just writing the reply yourself. I am a tech geek, and I hated this AI.

That said, there are several ways to tailor Drafts to better match your tone of voice within your Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/). You can fine-tune instructions and guidance for Fyxer under Drafts → General → Draft prompt, upload relevant PDFs or CSVs under Drafts → Custom files to improve Draft accuracy, as well as try to edit the Fyxer Drafts rather than starting from scratch.

We have also reached out directly to better understand where we can improve and to offer personalized setup support if helpful.

With Fyxer, your emails don’t get lost - they are filtered into the corresponding smart folders based on their context. You can adjust which emails stay in your main inbox and which are filtered out in the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) : Categorization > General > Move these out of my inbox / Keep these in my inbox, then save your preferences.

It is also worth noting that you would need to use the latest version of your email client and have Conversation View (email threading) turned ON.

You can adjust how often Fyxer creates Drafts for your “To Respond” emails in the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/): Drafts > How often would you like to reply > Select the option that works best for you

Another tip we can share is to forward the email that you need a Draft created to ai@fyxer.com and in the email body type the word Draft to trigger a response to be created. You will find a Draft waiting for you in the next minutes.

Fyxer AI is a game changer

Fyxer AI is a game changer upgrade for me. It handles inbox triage and drafting with impressive accuracy, saving meaningful time each day while still preserving tone and intent. The summaries are clear, the suggested responses are thoughtful, and it’s easy to jump in and make quick edits when needed. Sometime drafts for emails I would have liked to have them for don't populate. Also- I don't use the categorization system, I just let it all flow to my inbox, this way I don't miss any emails
