Do not sign up for this service

Do not sign up for this service. They doubled charged me even after I tried to cancel the service before the trial was up. Their customer support did not help and I don't know how to get refunded the $900 they charged me for an annual fee.

I am trying to get my team to join

I am trying to get my team to join. I have tried to reach customer service or some human for over a week. We must be too small for anyone to lend us assistance. Not sure this would be the right platform for the team, which is disappointing as this has been an incredible tool I have been using for the last 30 days.

It was great that we could use a trial…

It was great that we could use a trial to check how Fyxer works, but I wasn't too happy with it. It categorised the emails into wrong labels, created drafts into old threads to which I had already replied (basically creating duplicates of my previous emails).

We would like to let you know that there are several options available in the Fyxer dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) that allow you to tailor the AI to your own workflow. For any emails that may be mislabeled, you can set up custom rules by navigating to Categorization > Advanced > Custom rules, where you can include specific email addresses or domains and assign the category you’d like Fyxer to use.

As for Drafts, please ensure that Conversation View (email threading) is enabled and that you’re using the latest version of your email client. This usually resolves issues with drafts not appearing correctly in older threads.

The meeting bot is obnoxious (Fyxed)

The meeting bot is obnoxious. It's this huge stretched FYXER that sits in your meetings and is a distraction. They need to make a way to rename the bot or remove the name of the tool.

Edit - They have made changes so that you have the ability to remove the fyxer logo or add your own. This is very welcome.

Needs a lot of work before it’s worth paying for

The email drafting was somewhat helpful from my laptop but i wasn’t able to edit the drafts from my phone and they show up there like they’re already sent messages which got very confusing/panic-inducing at times. The automatic sorting was the part I disliked the most - it would have been WAY more helpful to have the AI ask the first time a message came in vs just automatically deciding that a message wasn’t something I needed to be bothered with. While it didn’t delete the messages, I did have to go dig thru múltiple folders to figure out where things were sorted. I cancelled a couple days into the trial - definitely NOT worth $50/mo nor something I even want to continue using for free.

To clarify, you do have the option to edit the Drafts from your phone, as long as you are using the email client application on your phone. Regarding categorization, you can customize how emails are categorized by setting up specific rules. To do this, go to the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) > Categorization > Advanced > Custom rules, where you can assign an email address or domain to a particular category, and Save the changes. This way Fyxer adheres to your ruling system when it comes to email sorting.

I was drawn to the product by its excellent meeting summaries

I originally started using the product because I received a meeting summary from a client following a meeting I attended. It was an excellent summary and considerably better than the one from the free product I was using. So I had a trial, and it seemed good. However, the meeting summaries it's now producing are only just as good as the free product I was using before.

The in boxing sorting is fine, however I sometimes loose emails as they get untagged and I need to search for them. The email drafts are probably average. If it's a simple short email, then the drafted reply is fine. Struggles with longer emails and really struggles with dates and times for availability. It doesn't seem to check the calendar and just notes random times I will be available (when I am not free at all and my calendar is blocked)!

Please note that you can customize the Notetaker summary in the Fyxer dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) by going to Notetaker > Select a meeting recording > Choose a different preset or Choose a different summary style. Alternatively, you can always use the chat assistant on the right-hand side by asking questions such as: “Provide me with a summary that lists my responsibilities as action items.”

Regarding Email Categorization, you can set up custom rules in the Fyxer dashboard by navigating to Categorization > Advanced > Custom rules > Include email addresses or domains, and assigning the category you’d like Fyxer to follow.

For Drafts, you also have the option to guide Fyxer to match your tone of voice and writing style under Drafts > General > Custom tone.

For the Scheduling feature, please make sure your working hours are set correctly in your email calendar, and that any unavailable time slots are marked as Busy rather than placeholders.

Please note that there are several options available within the Email Categorization feature that allow Fyxer to recognize emails from specific domains or addresses and filter them into the folder of your choice. There is an option to turn off the Email categorization altogether, under Categorization > Advanced > Enable categorization > Turn off globally

It can select the markers better

In general fyxer works great in…

In general fyxer works great in supporting us.
My small point is that sometimes in a EN mail I get a proposed NL response -> need to rework it but would hope that Fyxer recorngize the language for responses in a better way. for the rest it saves time and gets better every week.

This tool is not very helpful

This tool is not very helpful. It often fails to move emails to the correct folder, also missing drafting new messages. It lacks the functionality to support manual email drafts. Fortunately, there are better alternatives available at a lower cost.

You also have the option to adjust how frequently Drafts are generated in your account by navigating to the Fyxer Dashboard (https://app.fyxer.com/) > Drafts > Draft Style > How often do you like to reply? Additionally, you can prompt Fyxer to create a Draft for any email thread by forwarding the email to ai@fyxer.com
and writing the word Draft in the body (e.g., “Draft me a response”). A Draft will be prepared for you shortly.
