First off the company advertises control settings for the phones that are only avaliable on their watches. My childs phone is constantly being spammed with texts and calls. Customer service or support? LOL thats a joke there is NONE! if your wanting a safer platform for your kids do yourself a favor and steer clear of gabb. Family link on android is much more intuitive and has much better options!

This has been a great starter phone for my daughter! She loves that she can listen to music and play a few games. We love that she can start to learn independence and how to use a phone while keeping her safe and being able to monitor her activity.

Like the numbers can be entered in the phone. Don’t like that I now need two apps, gabb and gabb messenger. Getting the apps on the phone is difficult and it’s hard to navigate through the apps to find ones we like.

I received my device the next day. The instructions for activation were straight forward and clear. The Gabb 4 contains all of the capabilities we were looking for. My kids are enjoying the worship music most of all!

I would give absolutely no stars if I could. Worst Customer Service ever. They sold me a watch that after three months stopped working, and so I asked them to send me a replacement and they refused. After spending over 3 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue, they still refused to send me a replacement Watch. So I told him I wanted to cancel the service, and they told me there is a $173 cancellation Charge. How can this company even exist with such terrible customer service? Never again. Such a shame, I was a Gabb customer for a few years, but I will never recommend them again.

I have upgraded my previous review from 1 to 4 stars because Gabb finally got back to me and rectified the situation.
I appreciate that they did finally resolve the issue, but I wish I wouldn’t have had to jump through so many hoops to get there.

I just recently upgraded my daughter’s Gabb Watch to a Gabb phone 4. It was super easy to move her line over and when I did have a question and I called the customer service they were super helpful to help us.

Before I ordered, I needed to get a hold of customer service. They were friendly and extremely helpful! My devices came in the mail in a timely fashion. My kids are enjoying them and I have a piece of mind that they are safe as they learn to communicate through technology!

I have a teen who was using porn on social media and had men contacting her. Gabb has given me such peace of mind and the ability to sleep at night. Gabb is the only way to go. Protect your children. They are God's greatest gift to us.

Only had it 36 hours so far. It’s been mostly good but once when I was showing my child how to make a phone call, it simply would not make the call. As if it had a mind of its own, it would just end the call before it started ringing.

Customer service reached out to check on my delivery. I had received a broken watch band and they replaced it right away and with no hassle. Highly recommend this company. So far we are very please with our watches and services.

After a few years with a watch she now has a Gabb 4 phone! So thankful for this safe tech and they have great support was having issues with set up and was able to get it all sorted out with the bot chat and they followed back up with me first thing this morning to take sure it’s all good and it was!

The set up of the phone has been pretty easy. The phone is for communication with my son and not having to worry about his access to the internet for anything inappropriate. I love that he does not have access to social media.

The watch that was sent to me couldn't be paired to my account. By the time I called tech support, I was ready to cancel my plan and go with another company. Then I got on the phone with Lacee. She was very professional and so kind! She made a frustrating experience into a surprisingly pleasant one. My situation ran over the course of several days. She was so patient, and kept every correspondence light and friendly. Lacee promptly sent me a replacement as soon as she could tell that there was nothing that could be done. She also credited my account for the time missed because of the faulty watch.
