Gabb products have been great. We got our daughter a watch and now have upgraded to a phone 4. Customer Service has always been super helpful troubleshooting any issues. Very polite Customer service and knowledgeable of technical setup etc. Pleased with the tracking aspect of the products and helps us to feel at ease that our daughter is ok.

I have three watches on my account for my children. All three watches have some sort of issue. One of the watches I've had Two warranty replacements while another is on its first. The one I've had the longest and is out of warranty is having battery issues. The battery does not last the school day. Two of them shut off whole my kids are at school and they have issues turning them back on because they won't turn on like they should. Gabb tells me to hold the power button for 30 seconds and cant get 7yr olds to do that. Terrible products, I'll be canceling all 3 lines.

Upgrading device success! We upgraded from the Gabb smartwatch to a Gabb Phone 4. It was very simple to do, and my daughter loves her new phone! It’s everything I expected for her as her first phone (10yo).

So far so good, only had it a few days but did notice that you need to charge every night otherwise the battery dies. That is the reason for the 2 star deduction. My son is still getting use to having a phone for only calling/ texting. He has an iPad that he uses mostly for games/ other activities (no social media).

Thought the battery life was short at first, but I believe it's because the phone service at my child's school is spotty so it's always trying to connect but we bought it for use at her next school which is middle school. Getting a phone for a child is just a bad decision flat out, this is not a phone, it's a tool. It keeps her safer, its good decision making. We are to trust in God first but that doesn't mean we are to live unprepared and recklessly.
ALSO, the Gabb team is top notch. They were all over it when they heard of my first impression with the battery life and they were willing to do the work to make it right. They are doing a good thing, it seems like a healthy business.

Having a text support line is extremely helpful- not having to wait on a phone call while navigating the app. I’ve had some minor issues this first week with setup etc and everyone I’ve texted with from support has been super helpful and has been able to help overcome the issues. Grateful for this product!

I am having a pretty great experience thus far. I do believe the software will improve overtime. Appears that the watch needs to do updates often, which is a sign they’re making improvements, but also in between the updates there are issues with functionality via the Gabb application/watch. Looking forward to seeing how their devices improve overtime time.

There aren’t many choices for child-safe phones, but Gabb covers most of the bases. The upper-age option allows our teen to have many more apps and freedom, without sacrificing security. Plus, customer service is dedicated and helpful when needed.

Very pleased with the user experience of Gabb and Sierra worked very diligently to correct a billing issue - escalating it to the appropriate people and sticking with it until it was resolved. Obviously you never want to have to deal with that but when you do, it’s nice to have caring, attentive folks working on your behalf. 11/10 would recommend Gabb customer service
