Everything was great except the phone

Everything was great except the phone. My son loves the freedom and I love the safety. We can connect in more ways and he loves chatting with his friends more.

So far watch 3e is good

So far watch 3e is good. My kid loves it. She is happy that she can send me messages to her parents and call them. I am happy that I can she where she is and can reach out to me if she needs me. I am also happy that this watch only allow her to send messages and call. Another great feature my kid loves is able to earn coins which motivate her to finish tasks I assign to her.

10/10 would recommend

My 12 year old likes it a lot and I get the relief of knowing she's not able to get on anything unsafe. Best of both worlds!

This is exactly what we needed

This is exactly what we needed. While we felt our kids were too young for a cell, there were circumstances where it really would have been helpful for them to have one. Gabb allows for the communication we needed without the dangers of social media or a browser or the distraction of games.

The products of the Gabb Company are…

The products of the Gabb Company are horrible, and their customer service doesn't know anything about the phone, and how to help their customers, which isn't really their fault, since they are working with pieces of literal junk.

When we bought the Gabb phone, we prioritized safety, trying to keep bad things from our kids, but even more important, we bought the phone for emergencies, to contact them, to know where they were.

When the Gabb phone failed to recieve calls, when we couldn't track their location, when we couldnt message, or do anything, we called customer service.

The first thing they did was make me reset the phone, then they made me turn it on and off. After that didn't work they said they coudln't do anything.

I have called Gabb Customer Support 7 different times, with the same result, and it's because you guys don't know how to deal with your own flaws.

Thankfully, I switched phones, and my kid has a normal phone with good parental restrictions... Gabb was never needed, it was just an expensive piece of junk.

The motto of your company should be, "Our phones are safe because they don't do ANYTHING!"

Every child needs one!

This is a must on all levels! I absolutely love being able to get in touch with my children and being able to track them. I feel like it’s additional support in keeping them safe! The company is great and the products are great!

My kiddo really likes her new watch

My kiddo really likes her new watch. Plus it gives us, mom and dad, an extra layer of confidence in knowing where she is and we can contact her if we need to. The Gabb was recommended to us by a friend who had one for her kiddo and we are glad to have learned about them.

They are not reliable one time it said…

They are not reliable one time it said my daughter was at the park and she was inside the house it's locations lie not only that their products suck they glitch so much and there customers service is awful I got a charge even tho my kids haven't used their watches 6 months and they will not refund your money trust me get bark instead better customer service this gabb company is not worth it I do not recommend it at all do not waste your money on them

4 year GABB user

I just purchased our second GABB phone for my young teen and overall we have had a really good experience in our 4 years as GABB customers.
The safety and security is top tier while allowing my kids to have the ability to get in touch with us while we are separate. We have had great coverage and have not had any issues with dropped calls or bad cell service no matter where we are.
The ONLY negative we’ve experienced is that the battery life on our first phone has never been very long, even with limited use it would often die and shut off before end of day and as a result was hard to locate (because kids 😝) which eventually resulted in a lost phone we have not been able to locate.

Service and coverage seem to be great

Service and coverage seem to be great. The biggest area of improvement I see is ease of use in the parent controlled apps and I wish there was a stricter call blocking feature for unknown numbers. Other than that it’s great for a child who has no need for social media and the dangers of all that entails.
