Excellent customer service…
The phone we bought had a lot of issues with calls not going through and no way to specifically turn on Wi-Fi calling. However, the customer service staff were excellent in helping us get it all straightened out. We had to have a lot of patience because it took a while and they ended up doing a factory reset, but they got it fixed. I really appreciate the excellent customer service help. I’m looking forward to our son being able to have a phone that does not have Internet access.

I have had the Gabb phone for my daughter (13) for over 2 years now. Gabb technical service reached out to me and I actually did need their help. It was so efficient and easy! Sara was great!
