Very easy to deal with. Quick delivery.
Seemed to be the best suppliers from their Website and reviews were pretty good. I contacted them on 27th April with a substantial order. It was delivered on 2nd May. Very good support from Gemma and David. Contacted with further smaller order later in May. Same support and quick delivery. The actual kit is very heavy duty (5.2mm). All accessories were included. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to Online order and that's where…
Easy to Online order and that's where it stops.
Very hard to get in contact with for any aftersales support. (missing items from order)
paid for Express Delivery, took longer than standard delivery.
After that they use the cheapest Logistics company with the worst reviews. (Hunter Express) They don't follow delivery instructions eg Call to co-ordinate Dates, times and delivery must be signed for.
Delivered items left in plane view and went missing, (twice.)
I finally picked up items

Hi Michael,
Things did not go well with your delivery in June 2023, from our Sydney depot to Brisbane QLD, additional parts were required and sent by courier, these arrived when you were out of town on business , when you returned around 2 weeks later the parcel had vanished. We sent another parcel which to avoid being lost or stolen, you agreed to collect from the carriers depot. As you were frequently away on business collecting from the couriers depot was agreed as the best option.

Very good gaboon better then used before. Very easy to make up with coil wire provided. Will order again and can recommend. Ideal for landscaping and walls

Product is good but…
Product is good (I am repeat customer) but ordering was a protracted process for this last order - I required bespoke size baskets and it took well over a week and numerous emails (no telephone response anymore) in order to get it right. Would have been far quicker and easier to speak to someone (as occurred with previous orders).

With bespoke orders, it is important to get the sizes and quantities correct, Email allows yourself and our office to check, the order, before being assembled, this checking in writing can take longer, but reduces errors.

Gabion 1 have great products for…Gabion Baskets
Gabion 1 have great products for landscaping. Just bought 5 x Gabion baskets and they’re great, easy to put together. Not cheap but excellent quality. Also, if you collect make sure you’re good at map reading, they’re on a farm estate off the road. Got there eventually.

Good customer service and quality products
I ordered custom sized gabion kits. Website very easy to follow and some good images for inspiration. Quotes very clear. I was given advice on mesh size that was helpful. Products arrived on time. Easy to assemble and job done in a day. I am happy to recommend this company.

The assembly process is dreadful
The assembly process is dreadful, The wires are hard to engage with longer units.
I went to B&Q to get some plastic ties and these are largely holding the assembly together

Sorry you had trouble winding the longer helicals in. Some landscape contractors cut the helicals in half and wind them shorter helicals in .
