This company is awful I've only given 1 because I have to give them something to review.
I ordered a top it took 3 weeks for me to have ro contact them to then be told it would be on its way. 2 weeks later still nothing so I emailed and then was told they didnt have it. I asked for a refund to then be told their account is frozen and I've got to wait 180 days. I've emailed again to say i want my refund now this is disgusting as that is a joke.

The company Gacoo make out they are a company based in Manchester, it is definitely not a UK company they are based in China. They state the item was delivered to my address when it wasn’t. Lucky for me I paid via PayPal and received a full refund. Beware of this company it is definitely a scam. Their customer service number is non existent when you phone it.

Was very dubious after ordering as everything was saying scam, and no reviews anywhere etc. But my order has turned up today after only ordering a week and a half ago with free delivery. All correct sizing and name on the back of the shirt. I’ll write another review Christmas Day once they’ve been tried and tested… thank you
