Total scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Like other reviewers I ordered an ice cream machine and received nothing. They sent me “tracking” which was BS and never replied to another query. Month later nothing.
Do not order from this website as it is a scam. Order a product who never got deliver, they don’t reply to email once you queried their tracking info.i requested a charge back from my bank and got my money back the following day
Scammers.
My mother-in-law got scammed out of an ice cream machine maker. Never arrived, they made excuses for why it was late, and haven't responded to any of her emails. They said 8-10 days and it's been a month and no word from them.
Also, if you look at the 'reviews' on their website, you can tell they were 100% written by A.I. Some of the 'reviewers' profile pictures are all A.I. generated. Nothing on their website is real.
We also rang Jervis Shopping Centre, where they say they're based, and Jervis said they're not there.
Don't buy from them, if the offer is too good to be true, then it is.
