Even 1 star is too much for this company, stay away from them. I ordered the 3D Viral Punch Monkey Keychain which are shown in a nice little gift box, when the goods turned up they were not in a box, just rubbish wrapping. The keychain is very poorly made. Definitely not worth buying. Trying for a return/refund is impossible.

I ordered a couple of items at the beginning of August. I have yet to receive it, even though tracking says it shipped on the 11th. I've reached out to customer support to get updates, but have not heard back. I've reached out at least 3 times.

Total Scam – Stay Away!

I ordered the 3-in-1 vacuum cleaner from this website after seeing their ad on Facebook, and it’s a complete scam. The product I received looks nothing like the one shown on the website — it’s very tiny, has scratches, looks old, and the charging port and cable are damaged, so it doesn’t even work.

I contacted their support team by email 5–6 days ago — no reply. I also sent messages on Instagram — no response. There’s no direct contact number, making it impossible to resolve the issue.

This is not a legitimate business. Please avoid this website and don’t waste your money.

As others have said, I feel foolish for ordering before checking them out. Rubbish products and as usual with these scammers, when you contact them you just get denial and the run around.

SCAM - overpaid for 2 palettes of water colour paints. It’s false advertising- the palettes are tiny and were not as described or shown in the advert. I didn’t know until the posted email came in that they were coming from China. It’s a total rip-off and very disappointed. Reporting to Facebook too. Don’t buy anything from them.

Total scamming website. I have had to place a claim through my credit card, for a refund, as they continue to not respond to my emails.
They sent abusive grammatically questionable emails (probably via google translate).
Avoid at all costs

Should have checked for reviews. Didn't know products were from China. Took over a month to receive. Tracking was not up to date.

Watercolors were supposed to be color-shifting. They are not. They are also very poor quality.
Brushes seem ok, but I don't expect them to last.

Buyer Beware!

This company is in China. I bought an overpriced box of shimmering watercolours 3”x3” 20 colours for £9.10 (reduced from £13) after I ordered I checked on Temu and it’s was 20 colours for £3.20.
Very disappointed with this tiny palette of paints.

Placed an order on November 30th for Christmas.
Just came in today 1/2/25.
Package looks like China. We shall see if they are going to respond to return request. Products look very poor quality.

I ordered off a Facebook ad, which should have been my first warning. The package tracking said it was delivered, it wasn't. I emailed their support and was told it had been delivered and to "ask my neighbors." I responded that it wasn't delivered, that all mail is notified by USPS, and requested a refund if they won't fulfill the order. They replied that they will ask their shipper and get back to me. Intuition tells me I was scammed like the other reviewers.

Tracking told me my order was delivered after weeks of waiting. But. I did Not receive my order. I've reached out to the company and after many weeks I finally received my order thanks to Forestey Costumer Service.
I bought through SHOP.
DISAPPOINTING but at least I Did receive my order by Mid February 2025.

Looked like US company. Paid quite expensive shippiing, the package arrived in ~7 weeks. Tracking was still showing the package somewhere in China. Customer service was responsive but not too reliable nor helpful. I bought painting colours, the size and packing does not correspond to pictures and is rather funny.. Will never shop again.

Ordered a watercolour set for my daughter. It was very expensive for what it was. Shipping took ages and item came without packaging. Avoid this company, just a bit scammy. Wish I’d gone to WHSmiths!

Three weeks on, and the order hasn't left China. It wasn't clear it was being shipped from China when purchasing. I bought following a social media ad, yet they have no social media presence which is very suspicious. I'm anticipating that I've lost my money.

Ordered a few art sets for the holidays over three weeks ago. No shipping confirmation, nothing after the initial order confirmation. When I emailed them they responded with a tracking link that did not work. Seems beyond shady, and Shop won’t let you leave a review unless delivery has been confirmed, so I can’t warn buyers there. Avoid this business!
