I ordered tights in size XS/S on…
I ordered tights in size XS/S on February 1 and received the package on February 11. The item sent to me was clearly labeled M/L, not the size I ordered.
I contacted customer service immediately and provided clear photographic evidence. Despite this, they continue to claim that the correct size was sent and have refused to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
The website advertises a “customer guarantee,” but obviously that guarantee has not been honored. Communication is only via email, and there has been no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.
As the seller has refused to correct their mistake, I am now escalating this matter through my bank under “goods not as described.”
Very disappointing experience. I DO NOT recommend.

Damaged leggings delivered! Support refuses to send proper ware! Very bad quality! Also, they are lying about the shipment (it says from California but it is of course China!) do not spend any money here!

Fraudulent website
Fraudulent website. They sell items in their online shop without ever delivering. Delivery is faked via a simulated tracking site, trackin-hub.com. Their email service is useless and untraceable. Follow-up questions and replies are always the same. Our money is gone.
