I was on Facebook and saw 2 ads 1 for a 500$ walmart gift card for $5.75 S&H and 2nd ad for a coleman tent for same price shipping. Got 2 confirmation emails on my purchases but only 1 of emails came back with a name of company. Consumergadgetsdepot.com. on my bank statement shows both $5.75 charge but also 25.00 and added 98.00 for a consumer direct subscription my bank notified me as soon as pending came through and said they put a block on my card because they had alot of charges with that same name get flagged. I won't be able to get my money back but also the email and number is bogus too comes back as does not exist. Beware of ads on Facebook or tiktok they are not what they seem

They charged me every month but till this day I still received nothing.

SCAM: This company can't improve, they are already the perfect scam! I got caught in their web of deception thinking I was getting a free drone for only shipping charges of $9.97. I did not join any shopping club or see any notification about other future gadgets. I received a notice for additional charges to my credit card of $76.87 for a gadget club membership which I did not join!. These crooks appear to be getting away with this.

Would give zero if I could. Really hope people see this before getting caught in all their charges. They make you think your taking survey then get free cheap gift for shipping fees then starting charging your card for other services. I never received anything they said sent voucher for stuff on site from china you can get on wish or temu cheaper anyway. Please beware I was charged $90 then $75 for nothing.

If I could give zero stars I would this company is a big scam we brought off tik tok and they told me they don’t even deal with tik tok they took the money twice please avoid at all costs

Gadgetdeals tried to take a charge off my card twice for two different amounts after I was only supposed to be charged a one time charge of $7.97. I’m so glad that my friend told me to use a debit card and to transfer only the amount that was asked for onto the card. But now this company is using two different names to try to take payments from my account, one for $44.99 under the name of Playtime Photography E, and the other is for $59.96 under the name Surprisingga. I want you to stop trying to charge my card otherwise not only will I report you to the Better Business Bureau’s office but also my Attorney General’s office and have them start a legal investigation into your company for fraud and unlawful charges conduct or whatever they can get you on considering that the funds on my card is protected under FDIC. They can still investigate you even if you reside outside the United States.

I ordered a "free" massager, paying only the $5something shipping fee. I did not see any fine print authorizing me to be charged a MONTHLY $63.71 charge that showed up on my credit card statement as "AnywhereAdventure Prem", and another $39.99 MONTHLY "Start Your Athletic Journey", apparently some heart monitoring service I didn't know I had, nor ever used. When I called to cancel the charges, the first rep said the $63.71 was canceled, and it shoud show up on my credit card next month. The SECOND rep (for the 2nd, "Start Your Athletic" stated that both these charges were "Legitimate charges" that I never saw when I misguidedly ordered the "free massager", and that they would not refund anything; just canceling any FUTUREcharges. After repeating this BS a few times, she agreed to refund me 35% of what I had paid. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEATS.

SCAM-Don't fall for this like I did. I thought I was buying a vacuum and saw that my card got hit with $89.95 membership fee that I didn't sign up for.
They won't return it and they sent me a $199 coupon to use on their web site that wants to sell me junk and ship it for $20 more dollars that I can buy at walmart for a few dollars.
I called and complained twice and they don't care.
Don't get sucked into their scams.

Scammed by exclusive gadget warehouse direct club. Conned into joining membership by way of greyed out terms and conditions on purchase page. To get free item, I paid shipping charge. Then they billed 82.45 for club membership. DO NOT FALL for pay only shipping offers! If you see a billing charge on credit card from Surprisingga.com Beware! I should add I filled out a survey to get to free gadgets page where you pay only shipping…..

This company is very bad news. Everything is outsourced so you don't know who to complain to. They're listed in BBB as "Consumer Gadgets Direct" but they've changed their name several times. They do this on a regular basis to avoid bad review status.

SCAM! SCAM! Absolute SCAM!! I ordered a flash light. Their website said it was FREE if I paid the $7.87 shipping. No where on their website did it say I was joining their Membership Club for $81 a month. After I was charged the Monthly $81 Membership Fee, I went back to the website looking for my acceptance to their "Club" and I found an obscure "greyed out" TERMS AND POLICIES at the bottom of the page. SCAM!

I thought I was buying a door buzzer and ended up getting my debit card charged with a $70 monthly subscription to MY COOL TOOLS. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

I ordered this phone, understanding it was unlocked, as a gift for a friend living in Africa. I decided to test the phone by inserting a T-Mobile SIM. And to my greatest surprise, the phone was locked. I even gave the IMEI number to T-Mobile tech support, who checked and told me the phone was locked. I was so angry because my travel date was approaching, and I didn't have much time to go back and forth with them.

Unfortunately, I can only reach the company through Amazon. I had no idea The Gadget Deal was a third party; I thought I was ordering directly from Amazon. They promised me a replacement and told me it had been shipped on 10/24/2022 and would arrive on 10/26/2022. I insisted on having the tracking number of the replacement phone. It was a fat lie; no phone was ever shipped! I want to understand how this company got to be on Amazon. Very despicable!

Ordered an older model of Samsung Galaxy S10 on June 21, 2022 from Amazon with two day shipping. Still hadn't shipped by June 28, and then they update the delivery date to July 11th. Zero customer service skills. Very disappointed and ended up canceling order in the end.
