Great gadgets and useful for normal activities. The quality is great and overall, the price.

I wasn't happy with the contents of the box since I only received one item and didn't see any advantage to it, especially since I found the item for a lower price than what I paid for the box.

In any case, I have already cancelled my subscription. I hope that in the future, you will make an effort to ensure that your customers are happy and pleasantly surprised.

Not worth the money. I fet the intro box was at a reduced price but a Bluetooth speaker you xan pick up from anywhere is not what I call an introduction into new gadgets.

forgot to add my discount code, emailed the company and they arranged refund straight away, really quick and friendly service. 10/10 recommend the box, get the tech you never knew you needed!

It was fast good and the speaker is reliable

Purchased the mystery box (£72.98) down to £50. Received a tiny wireless speaker and a carbon fibre card holder. Would definitely NOT recommend.

When I reserved my box I was very disappointed with it's contents. There was 3 items inside all as disappointing as the next & definitely 100% does not add up to £79. Its not even close. I wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Was a speedy delivery, first order, would not say is value for money, more attention gone into marketing in a box to send it in. One item I am using but it is not certainly something that is holding up to what it says on the packet. Other item totally useless. Should have looked at reviews better first.

When I first tried to make a purchase using a voucher from byagift, I experienced loads of issues, I contacted the site several times , but eventually got a response and my issue was resolved. Although I have received my first of two gifts, I possibly wouldn’t use them again.

There was a mix up with my address but this was resolved very quickly and without fuss. I was very happy with the items when the arrived. Excellent value.

Was not expecting the sound from such a small speaker, but I was greatly surprised, as was the family.

Some of the items are ingenious but have also received a couple of repeat items (mini speakers) OK but would like to see different items at least 3 out of 4 deliveries

I love the excitement of opening a surprise and seeing what I get. Always seems to be something that I wanted or didn’t know that I needed. Keep up the good work

Pleased with the first box and looking forward to see what else comes

The gadget I received was a mini speaker which had the lower sound output as my phone max volume which disappointed me.
