I don’t want to even give 1 star, I ordered a fan on 25 May and immediately the payment of £131.95 went from
My account, I rang today to see how long it would be to be told they have sold out!! I said but you have taken my money and I had an email confirmation you would email me when it’s dispatched. She said she would refund me, I am disgusted!! When were they going to tell me it was out of stock??? Would never order from here, I’m disgusted

EVRI provide good service from Scott’s…

EVRI provide good service from Scott’s and expert verdict- my only issue is the phone lines- always faint, and I have to ask them to up the volume, also often distorted and I have to ask them to repeat most of what they say. Very off-putting for me, and I’m sure for call handlers too.

Rude customer service.

Phoned customer service today about a refund amount i received back into my a/c. The man was very rude & the tone of his voice talking to me like i was a kid.
When i told me him he was being very rude, replied i was rude which i was not then he hung up the phone on me. I will now not be using this company again.

Exceptional Products & Outstanding Service

The organic cold pressed ginger and turmeric juices are absolutely superb – they taste exactly like homemade, with that authentic, fresh quality you simply can’t find in most store-bought products. You can really tell these are genuinely cold pressed and organic.
What made my experience truly memorable was the exceptional customer service from Halina, the store manager. She went completely above and beyond today, surprising me with an amazing gesture to help with a situation I was facing. She didn’t have to do it, but she chose to – and that kind of thoughtful initiative is rare and deeply appreciated.
Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and top quality products. Fully recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

really bad service packet came empty…

really bad service packet came empty talked to like a child then sent a form and photo of empty packet going in letter box on the form I had to tick packet not received BUT IT WAS it was empty I will never deal with them or there other associates again ever and there customer services do not ring back or have regard for older people

Happy customer - in the end!

I ordered two items, which brought the total sale over £70 and entered the offer code on the brochure to claim the 15% discount. When I came to pay, my card company's security check was super sensitive and queried the transaction -twice. I then tried a different card and that was no problem. What i didn't realise was that cancelling the first try cleared the offer code, and so I paid the full amount. I imediately telephoned but was told that the transcation hadn't appeared on their computer yet - odd I thought, but as suggested rang again a couple of hours later, but again they couldn''t find it - call again in the morning. This I did, but a very symathetic lady said that the parcel had been processed and that she couln't change the Payment. I then sent a letter and got a very swift reply confirming they had credited my card account with the discount, so in the end one very happy customer. Just a pity that it couldn't have been sorted a bit quicker!

LENA.. Excellent customer care from Lena at customer service

Lena who I dealt with was very helpful I had a 10% discount code and bought a 3 step safety ladder which took price down to 86.94 however it looks like there was a delivery charge as I ended up paying 96.94. The email confirming delivery says free delivery so I am going to phone them back also I discovered there was a ladder that was very similar that was reduced by £30 sadly that wasn't mentioned. I recontacted the company and again spoke with Lena. I explained about a similar step ladder that was 30quid cheaper and she was able to amend my order for the cheaper step ladder and arrange a refund of the difference. All praise to Lena who apologised saying she hadn't realised about the similar product and who handled my enquiry with patience, nothing was too much trouble for Lena

A reply would help

Having received WC Powder and sending various emails with reference to the date on the top of the lid, I am still waiting for a reply. The Powder is hard instead of free flowing and I had to empty the pot in order to remove the measuring cup.
