I purchased the bookmark and letter opener swords from ACOTAR, Crescent City, and Throne of Glass with the wing holders. The details are amazing, just what I thought these swords looked like from the books. They are so perfect and look wonderful! The purchasing and shipping was easy and accommodating. Great purchase, I’m so excited to have these in my possession now!

Ordered a few times already and always loved the jewellery, wearing it on a daily basis! If the delievery is delayed for some reason they keep you updated. I also had a good experience with their customer service when I accidentally got the wrong jewellery box, they instantly apologised and sent out the right one! ☺️🫶🏻

The website is cute and easy to follow, all of their products are cute and great quality! I got my friend and I matching rings and we LOVE them! Even though there was a delay, the rings showed up before they were scheduled! They communicated nicely about where my order was at and how long it would take to get here! Overall a great experience and I will be buying from them again!

I got part of the cruel prince themed jewellery and they are very cute. Came in a timely manner and got updates constantly.

It’s time to invest in a customer support team, there’s no excuse for the poor response times and lack of communication.

I placed an order back in February for a birthday gift, thinking it would arrive in about a month, plenty of time, or so I thought. Unfortunately, I never received it.

After I ordered in February, I spent most of March and early April trying to get answers. They kept ignoring me or telling me the package had shipped when it hadn’t, even giving me a specific date, then nothing. When I followed up, I was ignored.

I asked for a refund once, and instead of processing it, they suddenly shipped the order. That shipment failed due to them making a mistake with some customs stuff, or so I was told. I eventually had to file a claim with my bank and finally got my money back at the end of June, about four months after ordering.

By then, the birthday had long passed, and I didn’t even get the refund in time to buy a replacement gift before summer. To make matters worse, they seemed upset that I went through my bank, but what else was I supposed to do after being ignored and misled for months?

I don’t mind delays. I get that things happen. But what I do mind is being lied to, ignored, and left completely in the dark. If an order is going to be late, especially by months, just be honest. Communicate. That’s the bare minimum.

I can’t review the product because I never received it. But I can review the company, and my experience was terrible. Their jewelry may look beautiful, but getting it seems like a gamble. I’ve since read other reviews from people with similar experiences, which is really sad.

this is such a beautiful peace, the quality is excellent and it honestly makes me feel like a fairy queen!
I've always wanted a set of fairy ears! I'm completely in love.
my only complaint is that the ear cuff fits more up against the skull and less over the ear making it harder to see through the hair and through the ear. not entirely a bad thing but it makes it a very subtle peace.

The purchase process was fast and without complications.
They were so kind as to contact me to let me know that my order was going to suffer a delay, even though it was a very short one, but I appreciated it anyways.

I absolutely love my new necklace and cutie stud earring so much! Arrived pretty fast for it being a new drop too. I’m only having a slight issue with the clasp on my necklace not working but other than that it’s perfect.

It's been a month since I have ordered from this store and I have not received anything.
I have received a tracking code that hasn't been updated for 10 days.
I start to feel like I have been scammed.
