I was pleased with the initial quote from Gadget Panda, however when I sent my iPhone 4s in, they reduced the amount they were willing to pay for it saying it was in poor condition. The phone was only a couple of months old and had been looked after very well.

I was told the price had been changed due to damage to the front of the phone, which was not true - certainly not the condition it was sent off in! They did not respond to my email questioning their decision and instead just paid the revised offer into my bank account. I would not use Gadget Panda again.

My son wanted to sell his iPod touch and after searching the net to compare prices we decided to use Gadgetpanda as they offered the best prices by far. Never used this company before but from start to finish is was 10/10 for keeping me informed with progress and being updated on the status of the sale and payment into my bank account almost immediately once checked.
My son is delighted and looks forward to spending the cash asap and I highly recommended this company to anyone who is thinking of recycling any gadgets they have.

I received my money last week for my gadget which was an apple iPod 2Nd generation but you sent an email last week saying it was revised for £2 but I sent you an email back saying I want £5 for it or I want my gadget back but you didn't reply back to that I am very annoyed angry and disgusted!!!!

I was very very pleased from gadget panda. i was a bit worried about sending my gadget of as i have never done anything like this before and they was brilliant they sent me a email when they recived the item and they kept me posted on what was happping. the money was in my paypal after the second day of them receving the gadget. they gave me the same amount as what they said from the beginning with no emails trying to knock the prise down. i would defiantly use gadget panda again and would recomend to anyone. thank you very much gadget panda a pleasure to deal with.
