Posted off the phone via special delivery. This cost £7.15 so I was sincerely hoping I got the price that I was quoted for online. Two days later I had the money in my account.

It's not a pleasant experience selling mobiles with all the bad reviews you read. However, Gadget Panda did what they said, so I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I used 2 times and each time was fast and paid exactly what quoted. Very easy and user-friendly website to use as well. I would definitely come back next time.

Amount received as quoted. My only complaint is that you have to pay to send phone but still better value than selling it somewhere else. Also kept updated on status of payment etc. Recommended.

It went like clock work. I was emailed when phone received and told it was being checked and then notified when the money was going to be paid. I received the funds within a few days.

Sent off phone thurs, which arrived fri morning and received payment by tues, would definitely use them again.

To be fair you have to be honest about the condition or they will offer less.

ipad 1st gen good offer and quickly processed and first class payment......but, guess theres always a but, my other item a 9 month old HTC ONE, was rejected for faulty mic in call.....not being aware of this I was quite shocked to say the least, and it was duly returned at their cost( another pat on the back) .....I then used the phone for the next 24 hours without any muffling, hearing problem whatsoever, and has been sold since without problem. The testing must be very subjective as you don't need to be a techy to hear a clear call or not, kind of wonder could it have been a signal variance problem instead, no matter I got the result but not with this company.

After a lot of checking found Gadgetpanda gave the best offer by far. The only downside was that I had to pay for postage (over £8) but posted my Nexus on the Monday, got confirmation of delivery on Tuesday and the full amount of my offer was in my account on Thursday. Couldn't recommend them enough for their efficiency and communication all the way.

This is the second time that I have used Gadget Panda and once again, an excellent all round service. I'm not one to leave reviews so easily but given I always check online about reviewing a retailer prior to making purchase or using a service, it's only fair I help others decide.

It's difficult to gauge a good company given there are so many recycling companies online but happy to say, just like the first time, there were no issues. The communication was great and speed of payment was very quick.

I will definitely look to using Gadget Panda again if the need arises!

Gadget Panda offered the best price for my iPhone 5, the highest other offer being £200. Payment is quick and they offer a variety of ways to credit your account including Paypal and direct transfer. Will definitely use again.

Everything happened as it was supposed to and I was offered a good price for my phone. The only thing that could be improved would be if they offered free postage, but other than that I have no complaints.
