Sent my old phone to them on a Monday and by Wednesday they had paid what they they initially quoted straight into my bank account. Also received a lovely courtesy follow up email from Andy.

No need to risk private second hand market! This business is taking old smartphones and giving them a new lease of life. By restoring them with new screens, batteries and comprehensive testing and replacing anything else that needs fixing; you basically get a phone that 'works as new', and comes with a brief warranty at a really amazing price. Andy the director is super-communicative and really cares about his customers. If for example you have a lost or broken iPhone, and really just want a like for like replacement and don't have another means to replace like insurance etc they will sort you out with a replacement at an incredible price.

They will check compatibility and advise you on how to restore backups if you ask them to.

Buy Used! Save the environment and save yourself from signing up for painful contracts just to get a new smartphone!
