Very happy customer
Great personal service. My phone was damaged, so I wasn’t sure if it was worth anything; I emailed photos to Gadgets Recycled and Andy confirmed that they would pay for it, arranged for the packaging to be sent to me and told me to include a note about our conversation. I received the package, sent it off and a couple of days later received the money. I was really pleased with the service. They also offered the best price of any phone recycling company online.

Excellent experience with this company
Excellent experience with this company. I hadn’t realised when I found them that they were a smaller family run business, and now having had email contact with Andy, I am glad I chose them. They offered a personal touch by emailing me to give me the choice of receiving payment for my device by bank transfer and pointing out that PayPal attracts a fee. I appreciated this contact. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.
