I love that it is customized to my needs. It's the best tasting protein supplement I've ever used. The cinnamon toast flavor and the strawberries and cream are amazing. It satisfies me for hours. I'd love it if they offered a discount on the subscription like most other subscription based products.

The pre-workout has no crash and provides a lot of energy and the beta-A tingle is sufficient. I opted out of creatine in my pre-workout and just ordered their creatine and I add it to my protein shakes and pre-workout and it works perfect. The protein powder is the only protein shake I’ve ever tasted that isn’t chalky or just gross. Cookies and cream and cinnamon toast are the flavors I got and they taste amazing with 8oz of water (no more than 8oz or it is too watered down). Overall 5 stars and well worth the purchase!

This protein powder is amazing and keeps my tummy happy. The only thing I would change is more flavor packets. I have to use 2 of them for each shake.

So far, the experience has been great receiving tailored products for my needs. Beyond that, the offered dietitian has been excellent in giving me specific and meaningful advice to improve my understanding and current habits.

The shakes taste great! Looking forward to more flavors. The option to use either water or plant based milk is a great option. Pre workout is a little salty, but it gets the job done! I also like the follow up to rehydrate the body. Cant wait for more good things to come!

I think the idea is great and having a protein supplement derived from plants which contains all the macros and micros needed for an individual is a great idea! The fact that it is custom made also emphasises the notion that not everyone is same, which is very important! Dieticians/nutritionists are awesome!

I love the simple, great protein. The flavor packets are the best part. Cafe Mocha needs way more coffe flavor to it to make it even better. The cookie and cream could use more cookie flavor. The Strawberry and cream is the greatest I have ever had. A chocolate caramel flavor would be sweet to add to the line up of flavor boosters. Keep up the great work

Hate the email with meal planning help. Could be more helpful. Like produce a meal plan for the week/month to help change eating habits

INCREDIBLE products! It’s difficult to find delicious, clean, plant-based protein options in my area. I love that flavors can be switched up with each new drink! The protein is smooth and keeps me satiated until my next meal. I’d also like to add that customer service is amazing!! Very impressed with the integrity of the company and its products!

At first I was a little bit like it’s gonna taste bad or be like the other protein I have tried before but No it has a great taste and helped me achieve my goal gaining more muscle I love it even when you stop taking it no side effects or anything by that type of Nature I truly recommend Gainful

I've never found other protein powder mixes particularly tasty, but everything I've tried at Gainful has been delicious and smooth. I enjoy the subtle flavor of the mixes alone as they are (usually with soy or coconut milk), but sometimes like to play with a flavor boost. I also have a sensitive gut and I'm very pleased this does not upset it. The folks at Gainful are also super friendly and helpful! Very, very happy with my experience.
