The flavors are great, but get easily over powered by any beverage, like oat or almond milk, you can taste the almond or oat more than the flavor boosts. They mix great though, no chunks or any grainy texture. I also though that the suggested 8 ounces is very little.

Was a little skeptical at first but after using the products for the first week loads of positive changes! Some weight loss, better sleep, reigning in nutrition just to name a few. Very surprised and ready for more! Strongly recommend!

I have only been using gainful for three weeks but combined with going to the gym 4-5 times a week I do feel satisfied with this product. With the flavor packets, it tastes great so no complaints on that. I do suggest the variety packets. The registered dietitians are super helpful and it’s nice knowing you do have someone you can ask questions with.

I haven’t even RECIEVED my protein powder yet but I’m throughly impressed by the attention given to their customers. It’s a whole different experience than just buying any brand protein powder GAINFUL reached out to me to let me know they have dietician’s to assist me with questions over diet or exercise going forward this is on top of custom preparing your own protein powder. I really can’t wait to get my protein. Thank you again Gainful

I ordered the lemon lime hydration product and it's my new favorite way to hydrate.

I wasn't drinking enough water throughout my day, because frankly, I think water alone is boring.

The lemon line flavoring was super good and I've probably doubled my daily water intake since purchasing from Gainful.

Very happy with both the product and the company. Their registered dietitians were helpful with answering my questions and addressing concerns I had, and in working with me to end up at an ideal blend for what I wanted. The product is great, I use it as an after workout shake for recovery and it's fantastic. It mixes well has no real taste and the flavors are a nice touch.

So far so good I’m excited to get back into shape and curious how the blend will work for me I’ve tried so many over the counter mass produced over priced garbage I’d just about given up.

I'm only giving 3 stars mostly because of the price. It's $56/month (after shipping charges) and only 14 servings! You can get a good quality protein shake for half that price. I also didn't love that you have to add the flavor in separately. Feels like a waste of extra packing (as well as the bit of added time/effort). I was really excited to try Gainful because of their amazing marketing campaigns but I'm not planning to re-order. You can get better bang for your buck elsewhere.
