We have used Bernadette (Galatic travel) for many many years. We give Bernadette locations we want to visit and she builds us a unique holiday. We also have booked our cruises, holidays with Grandchildren, lads cycling holidays and lazy winter sun holidays. We always have a stress free holiday knowing we have the full support of Bernadette.

We first used Bernadette and her team to plan our trip to Rome for my 60th Birthday 4 years ago. Bernadette ensured we had the best experience and went above and beyond with the planning of excursions and how to navigate local services. Hence we have used her excellent service and attention to detail ever since visiting Palma, Cypress, Menorca with 9 family members in different locations. For me it is so reassuring that everything is taken cared of and nothing is too
much trouble. My husband and I
and currently in Furturventura and excited to start planning our next holiday with Bernadette and her wonderful team later this year.

Bernie has helped us with holidays in the past few years. One a big family celebration cruise for 12 people where she managed to covert some who had never been on a cruise before her meticulous attention to detail was amazing. Others have been last minute holidays with grandkids. The whole service is amazing and so professional why would you do it yourself?

We have booked all our holidays for the last few years with Bernadette and most probably, always will.
Travelling as a single parent of young twins both with additional needs is challenging however berni arranges absolutely everything from the special assistance down to the luggage tags, she’s amazing and makes our holidays so much easier and enjoyable ✈️ even making sure our boarding passes are printed & delivered to us, usually with little treats for the children too 🥰
If we have any queries or problems, even when we’re in our destination, she still provides the most valuable advice and support so I never have to worry.
She really is an incredible travel agent, always getting us the best price possible and I couldn’t imagine not booking our holidays without her now 😊
