We have booked all our holidays for the last few years with Bernadette and most probably, always will.
Travelling as a single parent of young twins both with additional needs is challenging however berni arranges absolutely everything from the special assistance down to the luggage tags, she’s amazing and makes our holidays so much easier and enjoyable ✈️ even making sure our boarding passes are printed & delivered to us, usually with little treats for the children too 🥰
If we have any queries or problems, even when we’re in our destination, she still provides the most valuable advice and support so I never have to worry.
She really is an incredible travel agent, always getting us the best price possible and I couldn’t imagine not booking our holidays without her now 😊

We wanted to book a very special trip for our 25th anniversary and 50th birthdays and we had a number of specific requirements for the trip. Bernie really took the time to listen and gave us a lot of excellent options with a few different budget options. She then found the most incredible location in the Maldives for us which fulfilled all our dreams and more.

Nothing is too much trouble for Bernadette at Galatic Travels. I booked my first holiday to Greece with her as a single Mum of 3 young boys and she was there for me every step of the way. Since then all my holidays are booked through Galatic Travels. Alot of time & effort is taken during the searching stage and its a great help with zero stress having all the paperwork etc in place leading up to departure 😎

We had a great trip to Disneyland booked through galactic travels. I had a budget and dates in mind and she found the perfect trip for us. Our boarding passes/tickets were printed and sent to me which took the stress away. Would highly recommend
