Very user friendly

Huge delay for no reason

I ordered gala at a reasonable price. They immediately took my payment. After two weeks with no progress on the prescription approval, I asked for a refund and cancelled the payment with my credit card company. I was refunded my money and went ahead and ordered with a different provider who approved my prescription that same day, and sent it out the next day. My question is Why the huge delay Gala? Why sit on my money for two full weeks with no approval in sight?
