Lorena was wonderful, answering many emails.

What an unbelievable experience. The logistics were choreographed perfectly. Fatima our travel advisor coordinated everything. Infinity was a great yacht and the cabin was everything we expected. The crew and guides went overboard to accommodate us. Then there was the Galapagos experience which was unbelievable. The hikes and the snorkeling experiences were amazing.

Everything went according to schedule; drivers and guides were excellent, especially Fernando for our Quito-Mindo excursion. All scheduled activities were enjoyable, memorable and on time. Our Travel Contact, Lorena, was responsive and helpful for our planning and questions. Thank you!

Great customer service, quick response to numerous questions about destinations, and a really personalized experience while traveling. We visited Ecuador and spent amazing time in Quito on adventures outside the City, and then staying on a luxury ship in Galapagos Islands which was a true bucket list location for us.

Excellent 5* experience throughout from initial booking process ( lots of questions from us, all answered promptly , easy accurate payment/billing etc) , to the excellent itinerary 8A which gave us much variety of wild life, activities and landscapes, boat ( Natural Paradise) , the onboard experience ( food, service, comfort) & finally our guide ( Alejandra)
For us, the duration was perfect , covering the diversity of Galápagos. The activities were awesome too - snorkeling with hammerhead sharks was one highlight)

Galapagos travel center has an excellent web site that helps you evaluate options for your Galapagos trip…speaking to our friendly agent really helped us confirm decisions and finalize our trip. We appreciated the coordination with hotel nights in Quito and airport transfer and domestic flights. It was an easy experience- and the trip was wonderful in every way.

Great service on the 7 cabin boat

We booked The galaxy Orion through Galapagos travel center and it was amazing! Definitely bring scopalamine with you though. The guide Victor and all the crew members were great and the tour was awesome. Diana the tour agent who helped us book it was also very on top of it. She totally prepared us about everything and was super communicative which it sounds like wasn’t the case for some of our tour members that booked through other folks. Like they had radio silence after paying and weren’t given a heads up about the suggested tips. But Diana helped me even at 9:30 when one of my flights got delayed! Galaxy Orion as a tour was my favorite vacation ever possibly! Victor knew exactly where to take us to see everything and went even saw hammerheads which some say you have to scuba dive for. Also Roger the chef made me a birthday cake!!!

Veronica Darquea was amazing. Starting with great ideas and reshuffled our itinerary many times to suit budget and requests. She was also available to assist whenever required.
I wish we could experience it all over again!

We spent 8 days aboard Coral I ship doing itinerary A + B. This was truly an excellent ship, crew, naturalist and overall experience. There aren’t a lot of reviews for Coral I & II (sister ships 32person and 22person). The small boat was really very good allowing us to get into bays and coves bigger ships can get into. Despite being a small ship, they had BIG service, excellent meals, and fun ‘extras’ throughout the trip like bigger ships provide. The staff and naturalist got to know us individually and the kid of interests we had, abilities to hike and snorkel, etc. I really think the itinerary A + B gets to the islands not everyone gets to see along with their unique wildlife. Afterwards we spent a couple days on San Cristobal Island by taking a high-speed ferry from Santa Cruz Isl. this was also a good experience, then a couple of days in Guayaquil before heading to Quito and then home.
The Galapagos Travel Centre & Sebastian our agent were very helpful in co-ordinating most elements of our trip and providing recommendations. This is not an inexpensive trip, but all involved were professional, helpful and provided a positively memorable experience! Highly recommended ship and team.
The only little area for improvement:
It took quite awhile for us to get the official documentation of the ship and hotel reservation #’s. Indeed we didn’t get it until after we left home! (We visited Peru for 3 weeks beforehand.) But, in the end, everything was all fine. So don’t panic if you find yourself in a similar situation!!

What an amazing trip to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos!!!
Sebastian Carvajal was our advisor who planned a trip of a lifetime for my 75th bday celebration.. We had guides who met us at every airport and hotel..they in turn,guided us thru our destinations of Lima,Cusco,Machu Picchu,Quito and the Galapagos…
The hotels were superb and our catamaran,Galaxy Sirius was spectacular…16 guests with a crew of 10!

Everything was well organized and first class. Fatima did a wonderful job for us. The activities on the cruise were varied and excellent. It was truly the adventure of a lifetime!

Our 3-generation family trip to Galapagos was magical. Galapagos Travel (Elizabeth Calvino) handled every detail, and everything happened as planned. Our boat, Galapagos Sea Star, was excellent. The activities were varied. We were very impressed with Galapagos Travel's attention to detail, and would highly recommend them to others.
