The site is so glitchy it is impossible to play here. Constantly crashing, freezing, unable to play any kind of game. They really need to sort their tech out, it's a joke. This is a big company, surely they can afford to employ someone to fix this site.

Absolutely avoid. Wanted to close accounts someone called me tried to convince me to just take cooling period, no close it. I have been banned and suspended more times for stupid things, said in a comment sick of feeding the wheel, suspension, said I had my last few fun funds pennies left, suspension again.
Had a deposit limit of £40 they phoned to try for me to increase to £100.. no close my account.. so much drama no fun no great experience. Not somewhere I will be going ever again, ladbrokes are affiliated with them they are just as bad can't officially close account for 7 years..

I have been loyal customer for over four years. Recently I've been playing getting dead spins the bonus rounds don’t pay. This was the best casino the RTP rate was good sometimes you lost other times you would win. But to loose 5 days in a row something is off. I wanted to cash out my money that I had won on free spins and I got told that they were closing my account because I was going on the free spins every day and I had a problem with gambling. I told her that if I had a problem I wouldn't be cashing it out I'd be playing the money back. I then told her to keep the money and get help herself because she wasn't making any sense. I put £10 on it didn't go through so put another £10 on went through but they had taken £20 out of my bank tried to complain it takes you to a site that says it will cost you £1 that you will get back once resolved,but then £36 a month unless you cancel,so didn't bother then today I put another 2times£10 on bank says I've spent£40 and I'm on Mr q site as well I've put my limit on as £10 per day says I've put£20 on are these sites related?.they make it hard to leave or block yourself any ideas how to know which sites are honest?.

When I first joined this site it wasn't too bad, you would deposit play and lose but sometimes you would win and withdraw a little. After the last time I was able to make a little withdrawal over a week ago, every single game since across their 3 websites just suddenly dead spins me and consumes my balance quickly and now features rarely drop. Same with "tourneyment slots" they also give me below 100 points which means virtually dead spin non win spins. It's obvious they have done something to stop my account winning anything back.
