Absoulute rip off scam , on the app you have gala spins , gala casino and gala bingo all 3 sections basically the same never hit feautres or bonuses and if you do your not winning alot , over a period of 12 months this being one of the apps i have played id place this one gala spins as the worst ive ever played. The selection of games is ok but every single one seems to be rigged no matter what size bet you place you aint winning , do yourselt a favour and stay away from them or use your money to start a fire it will be put to better use doing that , AVOID oh and dont be sucked in by the rewards wheels or free tournements theyre always land on no prize or give you 3 crappy 10p spins on the worst games if your lucky that is . Used to love this site but there is literally zero benefit to playing with Gala anymore. The daily wheel spins give nothing most of the time, theres no longer any free cash bingo room and Gala casino never have a boosted spin anymore. Boosted spins are always on gala bingo and uts always 3 1p bingo tickets which i never use because you could buy 300 tickets and never win a line with this online casino nowadays. The tournaments are so awful its practically impossible to place on the leader board because they are manipulated! For example the Pig Banker game... Any coin is supposed to be able to trigger a bonus yet the play button appears for the next spin before the coins have even hit the piggy bank? How is it possible the game knows that coin hasnt triggered a bonus before the reels have even stopped? You need around 2000 points just to get 3 spins and 99%of players cant get over 500 so chances of that are even slim. Even when you do by some miracle get spins they never manifest into actual cash. Even the guaranteed bonus wheel is a joke. Deposit and spend £10 to spin.. Again 90%of the time all you get for your £10 is 3 spins that if your really lucky might bag you around 1p-8p. Partner site Foxy Bingo/Games is just as bad if not worse? I signed up and received my new player welcome email, deposited and was supposed to get a new player bonus and free spins. Joined and passed the verification process - -deposited around £350 and managed to get winnings up to £500. Did a withdrawal request and had a block put on my account until i uploaded my passport and bank statement. I did so immediately and then received an email saying my funds are now seized and my account is now closed and this decision is final.

Absolutely disgusted - Gala Spins has stolen my money - if there were any concerns over my account, they should be flagged at deposit stage. They are absolutely fine taking your money but if you dare try to withdraw, they steal your money and block you and make it impossible to do anything about it.
