Gala spins is by far the best for big wins. The first week I played I withdrew thousands, to be fair I was playing and depositing a lot more off the backs of previous wins however the return was still huge compared to my deposits. Since then I have had consistently good wins. Do I win every single time? Absolutely not.. that is not how gambling works. However, it is by far the best site and I have withdrawn £1000 at least every other month. Their bonuses are a lot more generous than other sites. Give it a go for yourself because everyone’s experience is different.

I've seen other reviews but my experience is actually very positive. You have to remember the house always wins. I have had plenty of good payouts and whenever I have needed customer service support they have been really helpful and quick to reply.

Pretty decent casino the withdrawals are quick which is good compared to others. I like you get a daily free wheel spin but I don’t think it really makes up for the losses I’ve had.
The reason this review has only 3 stars is mainly due to the fact the app is quite buggy and delayed at times. I’ll be playing a slot then suddenly it’ll just be loading and then take me back to the menu.

Technical error galore. Never been on a worse site

So it used to be a good site but this last few months it's as if the only thing they are interested in doing is grabbing as much money as possible and sod the customer, you can't even contact them to complain about how even the daily free spin give you results before the wheel stops spinning, I'm not a big gambler but when you can lose £15 on the 10p slot without getting any of the features and only winning the lowest possible pay out when it should be a £2 win and you get 10 or20p it's time to give up and go elsewhere I've rated the 2star because at one time it was a site you could spend a couple of quid and enjoy the game with out feeling ripped off.

Went on Gala Spins and deposited £50. Lost that quite quickly so put another £50 in. After I had deposited I was logged out and told to contact customer support. Talked to them and they told me I couldn't play or withdraw the money until I had given them 3 months of bank statements. Is that fair?

Hi just experienced a legal robbery online with gala,played their online slots, and experienced chasing their bonuses which didn't show anything after nearly £1800,so feeling very bitter and massively out of pocket. But recently, I noticed I mostly get No Win on Casino's Free Daily Wheel, if Bingo have a Boosted Guaranteed Win day - it's always Bingo tickets (really dislike Bingo games - rarely get a win, so don't bother playing Bingo these days), Spins, however, I do win free spins or bonus - never win much, but it's free, so I'm grateful.
