They were good few years ago but when they combined into one it went savagely down hill.

Played lock of the Irish for a couple of years and had 4 £500 wins plus smaller amounts since they stopped the rolling jackpots you get nothing.

If I could give less stars I would, I deposited around £70 over a month or two and was in profit around £20 overall, I had £29 left in my account which I tried to withdraw with no success. I spoke to customer service and the manager who was extremely rude to me asking lots of questions about affordability, safe gambling etc when I hadn’t spent much and was in profit. Now my account is blocked and it’s been escalated further all for trying to withdraw money that I WON.

This is the most dodgy casino I have ever come across! After going on live chat to enquire why I had been restricted from using the daily free spin, I was told that I had benefited enough from it, despite the fact the most I have ever won is 3x free spins which I won no money on whatsoever, I then told the person on the live chat that they shouldn’t be allowed to rig the system and now they have stopped me from depositing money to play on the slots! Guess they didn’t like being called out on how they manage the site! Baring in mind I have been a customer for years, this is shocking treatment, BEWARE of this rigged casino your better off taking your money elsewhere!

So after writing the review below and being contacted by gala asking me to contact them to speak about the issues to see what they can do for me - THEY DID NOTHING , all they did was try to convince me how fair their slots are they wasn’t interested in anything I had to say they just replied with the same bs pre written messages they send everybody so just to prove my point I made a deposit of £10 and played big bass splash - I got 2 bonuses which I received £1.92 from the first one and £2.12 from the second one - I never got more than 2 fisherman and in the base game I never got a win over 20p - your telling me that your site is fair when things like this are happening every single time I make a deposit ? No give at any time you are taking every Penny I put into the site and even though I could sit here all day losing money and afford it I think it’s safe to say I am completely done with this casino and the full LC COMMUNITY group which I listed in my previous review . I honestly feel like this site is fobbing me off I’ve had 3 withdrawals totalling £320 in review since 7th /8th September, usually they are processed within hours, contacted the company every day to be told the same thing technical issue we have no update, i only play one game which is still live, I have made deposits and withdrawals since the 7th with no issue so I don’t understand why the other 3 can’t be processed. Bloody rubbish, finally get a bonus and gives me 15p, not a bloody win as usual.
