Wouldn't bother wasting your time they clever enough to take your money then start refusing you any promotions even the free ones! Then say its because I've benefited enough from there promotions so your telling me 2 or 3 free spins is benefiting enough stay clear that's for sure there good enough to take but give you absolutely nothing back and they think it's perfectly fine that's my account getting closed :)

Twice now I have won 20 spins on the wheel and it hasn’t give me my free spins when I go on to the game it’s give me them on it just tells me to deposit money to play and doesn’t let me spin my free spins. Not bad but on the last 4 days I cannot use my 30 free spin (My Rewards) as a technical issue. The spins are counted but logged me out from the game so I cannot use them. Disgraceful betting site deposited 10 pounds so I could recieve the welcome bonus that I never received then was told the reason I could recieve bonus was because I had self excluded myself with a sister company site which if this is the case normally you can't open accounts if that's the real reason also why didn't it tell me in my messages I'm not eligible because of self exclusion from sister site like they said in messages anyone looking for a good betting site please avoid these con merchants try bet 365 or William hill

Did think the game was decent u win some u lose some. Let me make several deposits with no security checks when I tried to withdraw my money they asked me to verify myself I've not got any photo id at the moment but I went on the UKGC and they said there was loads of other documents used online chat was told to send bank statements and photos of my bank card still asking for photo id to verify photo id wasn’t need to make the deposits

complete joke! joined the site had a couple of wins then after 2 days I deposited £10 but never went on my account, spoke to customer service completely useless! requested proof of payment along with card details and I'd. account suddenly was blocked and chat cleared, back to square 1!! taking my loss because noway am I sending details, you should be able to see I deposited the money and never received it!! avoid 💯

So gala recently merged all of their sites. I had played GalaSpins for years, however since the merge I have been unable to access my account. When I speak to customer services they are trying to tell me the email registered on my account is totally different than my actual email address (bearing in mind I have received emails from them since opening my account but for some reason they now don’t recognise this email address) also can’t log in via my username. They are of no help whatsoever and have now lost a loyal player as a result of their complete incompetence.

**edit** was finally sorted almost 2 weeks later upon contacting via their reply here, I found out my account had been closed due to inactivity even though I had deposited and played the day before the merge, my problem was solved relatively quick by means of them opening me a whole new account and manually crediting my account with the funds that were in my ‘inactive’ account. Don’t understand how it couldn’t be sorted without all the drama.

I would love to give Gala Spins more stars, but unfortunately I can't.

When I first joined Gala Spins two months ago and I deposited £5 on a 30p stake I won around over £400 on one of the slots on bonus feature. Then another 10p slot won around £200 on bonus feature, in that month in March I accumulated around £800 never won that much before on any other sites. However, coming on to the next month I deposit money and any slots I played no bonuses and no money won, then the next month I problem won about £40 on slot.

I think when you are new to the site they entice you with more wins on slots, then down the line in a few months no wins, and keep taking your money (I understand that this is gambling but looking at all the reviews says something).

I have noticed that you only start winning again if you don't play on the site for a good few months. Gala Spins if I start winning big again I would update my review.

Another thing is that daily spins and guarantee rewards sins are really bad you either win poor spins and don't win anything on the free game given or you could keep spinning the wheel for a week and still get 'No Win'.

I thought I found a casino site that appreciate me but it seems like you don't. I must admit that all the gala sites have fast withdrawals and no problems there.

Joined yesterday and deposited £25. Had around 5 40p spins and suddenly stopped and said account blocked. Got an email saying must send everything but your first born to prove identity. Within minutes of joining and after you've deposited? Didn't even get a chance to play the deposit. I'm sending nothing to these people. I've contacted to demand my deposit back but this feels really dubious and i doubt i'll get it. Never had an account on there before and didn't know they existed. Only found them because got an email from gala bingo about it. To take a deposit and then almost immediately in under a few minutes block the account and not allow you to even withdraw that deposit surely isn't legal.
