100% reliable online shop. I've been shopping on Galaxus for years now and all purchase & sale transactions were successful. In case of any issues encountered (which happens rarely) client support team is extremely helpful and solves problems quickly.

I’ve used Galaxus for several purchases, and I am pretty satisfied - always fast delivery, timely updates and fair prices. If I need to buy something online in Zurich, I usually go to Galaxus first to check options.

Sent my barely 6 month old laptop in for repair and received it back 5 weeks later scratched and chipped, with no communication from support despite multiple attempts to get updates.

I also recently received a large kitchen knife shipped loose inside an oversized box. When the package was lifted, the blade fell out from the side, creating a serious safety risk for anyone handling it.

The packaging and customer service quality at Galaxus has declined significantly in the past few years.

Very reliable, always a pleasant experience. The products are always high quality and are delivered with no damage. Prices of the products are sometimes slightly higher compared with other similar companies, but the shipping is most of the times cheaper so the final price is often lower than ordering the same thing from somewhere else.

It arrived very fast but there was a flaw on the product and though suspect it was the suppliers fault and not the distributors, I cannot be certain.
The flaw didn't affect the product whatsoever exept for the aesthetic aspect.

I got my order in pieces everything was broken and the packiging didn’t have the “fragile” sticker on it. I’m waiting for my money back.
