Urgent: Outstanding Delivery and Payment – Immediate Action Required
To be able to find out what has happened to the shipment it does take Galaxus more than 2 months? And in the mean time still already collected the money and still no goods. I will start searching for legal support in 4 days as mentioned in my previous message. It is unbelievable that this is not been taking care of by phone and e-mail but only via Trustpilot. Again, I will look for legal support in 4 working days from now.

Dear Galaxus,
Over two months ago, we purchased a PC from Galaxus and paid nearly €3,000 in advance. To date, the product has not been delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, we have received no concrete solution.
We urge you to provide a clear update on the status of our order without further delay. If we do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 5 working days, we will be forced to initiate legal proceedings to recover the amount paid. Please note that this situation and Galaxus’s lack of response will also be reflected in our public review on Trustpilot.
We hope to resolve this matter amicably, but time is running out.

Product ordered and paid and later cancelled
Ordered and paid a product from their webpage, after 3 days the order was cancelled. Contacted customer service and they confirmed the posting was an error so all order will be cancelled. No alternatives or compensation offered. You should expect more from a serious company but this is clearly not the case.

Amazing price & great service
This is the second time I ordered a studio photography product and again i have saved a lot of money. I'm extremely happy with the product, it came well packed and on time. So far my experience with Galaxus is a great one.
Fraude webshop!! 1 month after my purchase the ordered product was not delivered
1 month after my purchase the ordered product was not delivered to me.
Customer servce could not help to reslove this issue and misleaded me 2 times that my purchase will be delivered. My purchase was with delayed delivery in order to help the webshop during the busy season. Nevertheless someone from the webshop did not order it at all. This is fraude webshop which takes customers money and never intended to deliver the purchased products. Afterwards are asking the customer to cancel the order but in the meantime the webshop is making profits from the money taken from the customer in advance.

I ordered a motherboard with WIFI and I got the motherboard without WIFI. After my complain I got the wifi chip to put it on the motherboard. They gave it without the antenna. So its basically impossible to get the wifi on the motherboard. So I am really disappointed with how they handled my order. I will not buy something again from this website.

Galaxus return scam
Galaxus is a scam. I returned an order for 1400€ within the legal time limit, but the parcel was lost in transit and Galaxus doesn't want to refund me because, according to them, they didn't receive the parcel. I am not responsible for the loss of the parcel on the part of DHL.
updated 8 months later fighting with European consumer services, the brand won't offer me a solution. Calls me a fraudster. Do not return with them, if the package gets lost, it will be your fault. A 1400€ fault. I'll never give up on this case.

Terrible Service and No Refund!
I returned my order to Galaxus, and it's now been 2 months since I mailed it back. Up to this day, I have not received my money back. The customer service barely responds to my messages anymore. It feels like I'm dealing with a fraudulent company.
I am constantly being strung along, and they keep postponing any attempt to contact me and provide a concrete solution. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from this company. Do not waste your time and money here!
Amazon kids+ not available in the Netherlands
I ordered the amazon fire hd 10 kids pro from Galaxus. The shipment was fast, but we had to return the product, because the Amazon + kids is not available in the Netherlands and the main reason why we bought this product was to use this service.
There should have been a text on the Galaxys website mentioning in whicj countries Amazon kids+ is available. That's why I'm giving 3 stars despite the fast delivery.
Disappointed
I received the shoes I ordered with defect. The package was damaged and I had to wait 5 days for the delivery. For 109 euro I expected something more than this.
Quick delivery, decent OEM part
Ordered in-stock item, which was dispatched the same working day and delivered the next. Even 1 day before the estimated delivery date.
