Our original travel dates were unavailable, but Steve went above and beyond to find alternative options with minimal stopover times. His persistence and attention to detail ensured we secured the perfect itinerary.

Throughout the process, Steve kept us informed and followed up regularly until everything was finalised. Without his dedication, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the incredible trip we had. Truly outstanding customer service – highly recommended!

Please kindly don’t book any tickets with this Galaxy flights the are big layer and scamming people. I book the flight London to Lahore originally price is £1424 for 2 peoples ticket I booked it and after they asking £1500 more total tickets £2974 this is a bull shit . Please be careful from those scammers. They are ridicules people. Be aware from them please .

To my experience I would recommend this galaxy flights company as they find the lowest flight tickets. And as always we as customer need to talk to someone in the customer service to sort out our issues and Mr Jacob helped me to sort out my problem, Mr Jacob is solution finder and deserves the best attention in the galaxy flights.

I paid 150 pounds deposit for a flight with galaxy flights and was told I could pay the balance in October when I went to pay 400 pounds in September galaxy flights said my seat is no longer available they said if I want another flight it would cost me 1200 pounds witch I did not have i wanted my deposit back they said we cannot give me my deposit back I hope people who read this don't book with galaxy flights there are con artists there are a total disgrace

Galaxy flight is not a travel agency. They are group of scammers and black mailers. I don't know why govt is not taking action against them. They do fraud and blackmail every customer who unluckily entangled in their trap. Recently they got money but did not issued ticket demanding more money. They said that flight is full then you'd that they did not add taxes so I have to pay taxes. Avoid such mafia.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF HOW THIS COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE, STEVE, SCAMED ME.
They will initially speak to you to be the sweetest and politest people on the Planet and as soon as you are trapped and fully hooked to their sweet talk and money is transferred then their split bipolar personalities come out and then you will meet real them.
I had them send me write proof of our deal and yet nothing was acknowledged. Steve very conveniently blamed airline that they changed all rules over night. It’s unbelievable and shocking behavior from this company.
They will take every single opportunity to scam you by asking money to transfer.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Avoid Galaxy Flights at All Costs! ⚠️

I booked a flight to Sri Lanka with Galaxy Flights for £640. They initially confirmed my ticket and everything seemed fine. But the next day, I received a call from them claiming the flight had been cancelled and I now needed to pay an extra £170 to rebook it. I felt trapped, as cancelling would have cost me even more, so I paid the additional amount.

It was clear this was a bait-and-switch scam. They lured me in with a low price and then forced me to pay more later.

The people I dealt with called themselves Danny, Steve, and Pete — but they clearly weren’t who they claimed to be. All had strong Indian accents and seemed to be using fake names to appear trustworthy. Do NOT fall for this scam. These guys are not genuine.

Galaxy Flights is a fraudulent company. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. If you've been affected, report them to Action Fraud UK or your country's consumer protection services.

Galaxy Travel service is amazing they booked best deal for my family. Staff is very helpful specially Jacob who booked the deal was very patient and helpful and did his best to fulfil our travel requirements.

I thought I was booking with a reputable company- only to be told I needed to pay extra charges even after I paid my deposit and was given my full invoice price. This wasn’t a couple of pounds it was over £400. Jacob and Galaxy flights will do anything and everything to convince you that the extra charges are something that are out of there control lies lies and more lies I called them out and spoke to British airways and as confirmed no extra charges and it’s galaxy flights that try to hold you to ransom to pay these. On 3 separate occasions I asked to pay more from £600 to 400 then reduced to £300- thankfully I wasn’t paying and went straight to my credit card company to cancel. Absolute scam of a company! and will hold you to ransom for your tickets!
