Superlative Experience
Looks as if my initial review was not posted.
I needed to get a ticket for my very dear wife from Africa and I stumbled on Galaxy flights online.
Initially spoke to Michael and later on Steve and Jacob.
I was initially resevered because of wolves online. But I must tell you these guys are different.
I got the ticket. Called the airline to conform it authenticity.

Last review by me and my friend was removed no idea how!
Has an awful experience with Jacob comes across friendly but then charges full 2000 instead of deposit as agreed. And then harassment with calls and messages during work plus blackmail to remove bad reviews.
Really would never ever use this company again.

I gave five stars. Because I found the travel advisor Jacob Lewis very patient during the process. It was my first time of booking a ticket via phone / online, which I felt overwhelmed with the experience.
However, Jacob was able to talk me through the process reassuring me, when I became very anxious. I will definitely be using Galaxy Flights again in the future and will also promote this company to family and friends.

Spoke to Ryan, and this guy had the up most patience. Must of checked about 10 different variations to finally find the best flights for my family and that to at a great price, as there was a connecting flight I had to have the shortest wait, he kept in touch with me got it confirmed
booked and tickets in less than 24hours.

I found GALAXYFLIGHTS on the internet…
I found GALAXYFLIGHTS on the internet to enquire about return flights to Sydney for 12th March 2025. I was connected to Jacob, who fully understood my requirements and went out of his way to secure the best flights he could find to match my travel dates. Jacob worked tirelessly offering us several flights with different company's he constantly kept in touch with me and manage to get a very good deal and also arranged the seating on all our flights. He also assured us to be able to change our return flights should the original flights not be suitable.I would highly recommend Jacob and his efficient service for arranging flights to anywhere in the world.I will definitely recommend Galaxy Flights and will use myself again when I travel to any destination in the world.
