Beware. By the time you pay for it all, it will nearly double in price.
I was very disappointed at paying nearly double, but its still worth it I suppose.

Fraudsters. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
This company has a very straight forward business strategy – entice customers through low prices then squeeze them for more money. Total crooks.
Their web site appears legitimate, as does the booking confirmation email you receive after making a booking and paying a deposit (or full amount).
They will then telephone you asking for more money, citing various fabricated reasons to support this increase. In my case they asked for an increase of more than 40%, which I refused.
They do not provide any evidence to show that airline or hotel bookings have been made (probably because they haven’t) and refuse to return any payment made. They also do not provide the ATOL certificate that is required for an ATOL protected holiday.
They do not respond to emails, and only contact you by telephone which I suspect is to avoid a paper trail. They are bullying and evasive on the telephone, and will cut you off without allowing you to speak. Promises to call you back or email you go unfulfilled.
Using their online web chat facility, however, I have it in writing that prices shown on their web site are “indicative starting rates and subject to change based upon availability. Prices are not live and may fluctuate as inventory is booked.”. This is not mentioned in their on-line terms and conditions, and, indeed, no mention of this is given in the booking confirmation email.
Clearly, this company’s practice of taking a deposit for a holiday with a confirmed price and then trying to ramp up the price is fraudulent and the prices displayed on their web site contravene UK trading standards.
Trustpilot reviews for this company are either 5* or 1*, with most of the 5* reviews praising representatives having suspiciously English names (the rep I spoke to, Morgan, had a distinctly Indian accent). Fakery is highly likely. A similar pattern can be observed in the Trustpilot reviews of their sister company, Galaxy Flights.
Avoid Galaxy Holidays unless you enjoy being ripped off.
Update following Galaxy Holidays response 08-Jan-2026:
Anyone reading Galaxy Holidays reply to my review may be deceived into thinking this is a reputable company, concerned about customer satisfaction. Don’t be fooled, their response is peppered with lies.
Firstly, they admit that they may ‘amend pricing’ meaning the prices they show on their web site are not accurate. Be aware that they will increase the price after you have booked and paid a deposit. This is in violation of UK Trading Standards. They also say that this is ‘outlined in our booking process’. A lie, as this is mentioned nowhere on their website or in their terms and conditions.
Secondly, they say that ‘customers are always given the option to proceed at the revised price or decline’. The truth is you can decline, but don’t expect to get your deposit back. Also don’t expect to receive any response to any written communication in those circumstances.
Thirdly, they say ‘ATOL protection is provided where applicable once bookings are confirmed and ticketed.’ This is in contravention of ATOL rules which requires an ATOL certificate to be provided immediately upon any payment – including any deposit.
My previous advice stands, avoid Galaxy Holidays unless you enjoy being ripped off.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with this travel agency. Galaxy holidays /delta holidays From the start, I was given confusing and inconsistent information. It also appears that they operate several “companies” under the same roof, since the same staff members answered my calls using different names, which made the entire process feel unprofessional and misleading.
The pricing they offered was extremely high compared to other agencies, but I proceeded because I was assured of certain services that were never delivered. Once the payment was made, the level of support dropped completely. No matter how many times I called, I was either ignored, transferred, or told that someone would get back to me—but no one ever did.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unhelpful attitude made this a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would advise future customers to double-check everything before paying and to be cautious.
