Exceptional service
Exceptional service. Ordered my personalised item on a Tuesday morning. Was completed and delivered by Thursday morning. Item could be tracked at every stage with regular email updates provided. Product was also very well packaged to avoid any breakages.
Only slight downside was the text on one of the personalised items not being 100%. A particular number looked different on one of the items.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order. At first it was sent to the wrong post office in Ireland according to an post. Then I have two internationally shipping dates of March 19 and March 23. It’s been sorting since March 24 and yet I still don’t have my order. I’ve ordered before but I have never had this problem so any help you can provide will help

My experience was spot on from ordering to delivery. Excellent service from Galway to kent (the garden of England) we will definitely be ordering more. There was so much packing nothing was getting broken in transit. We've recycled this already.
