The chair i bought was perfect! And when part of it broke I contacted their customer support, and they were extremely helpful and did more than any other customer service i've contacted before

The gaming chair is comfortable, sturdy, and perfect for long hours. There was a minor issue with my order but customer service was quick to resolve it. Great product and great support—highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the initial chair I received had a cut on the cushion. Game Hero responded promptly, sending a replacement chair within a week and providing a return label for the damaged one. The process was smooth, and I'm very happy with the replacement chair.

Bought a X1 gaming chair and loved it. Had a defect on the back rest, so I contacted them. Took 2 week for the part to arrive, but because of that they threw in a LOT of free x-gamer drink and meal powders! Nice service.

Oh and the chair. Best buy ever! Comfi and strong

SERVICE WAS GREAT!

After a while i decided to build my own gaming setup, however after some research i was still lost in all the options. I decided to get some expert advice and contacted Game Hero. They responded very fast and gave me great advice picking out the right accessories.

The delivery went smoothly and the products were exactly the same as on their website, so the quality was perfect. Im really enjoying my first gaming setup! I would definitely recommend them.

I was in tiktok just watching videos, and then a giveaway pops up in my fyp (made by abysstechs) and the monitor looks so nice, with a nice stand and the hertzs it has, especially the design, it looks amazing. Then I went to the page and the products looks very nice! And the revievs I looked at, most of what I saw, its amazing. Keep doing great products and I hope I have a chance to win!
