Didn't receive the game due to "technical difficulities"
Payed for the game and after 24h asked why I haven't received the game yet. Told me that they have some technical difficulties, so they have to send it manually. Asked for payment info and after that I waited 2-3 days and nothing happened. Then I asked for refund which they did after couple of days. Lost my money on PayPal fees and nothing more. Would have waited longer. I'll never buy from this place again.

I purchased 2 game codes and they arrived within 30 minute of placing the order. I was a new customer which typically means the orders would take longer because new customers are higher risk, but the game codes arrived on time nonetheless.

Delivery of key was good, user experience while buying was disastrous
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had while buying something on the internet. If you don't want to deal with fraude, don't open a webshop.
I couldn't believe they asked me to go out of my way and send them my ID to confirm the Paypal account I payed with was my own. I would've cancelled my order if I hadn't paid already.
Delivery of the key was fast once I did everything they told me to.
Getting a 3/5 because user experience was 0/2 and delivery was 3/3.
