I have placed an order to sell my XBOX One X. Pickup was quick, they picked up the package the XBOX I had was in good shape all the features and everything was working. However after the pickup it took them 15days to revert back and that too after I raised the ticket. After that their executive called and said that the power button is not working!
If that’s the case then why it took them 15days to figure out that the button is not working?
After having a conversation over call I told them to return back the XBOX because they were cutting the price by 6000 rupees for this. And till date I have not received the XBOX back!

I have tried this website on multiple occasions. Selling peripherals , consoles and computer parts and also purchased items from them.

Buying is good to go if you want preowned games at lower price. Day 1 games are delivered after release a day or two also they may or may not decline preordered items. There are more than few instances where they send you standard edition instead of launch day or Day 1 edition of the game. Also if you place order for steel book edition you will not get it . Also they keep the goodies that is to be sold along with the game and sell them separately.

I have been to their store which is in some run down almost closed mall. Its very hard to find the store. After reaching there you will see some shady repair store which you find street corner of your locality.

Selling experience is the worst even your items in pristine condition they will decline it or destroy or tamper your items and return it. I have sold my 1 TB xbox X they said claim it has wear and tear. and returned it. Sold my 2 ps4 consoles 1 fat model 2013 and 1 slim 2018 they reduced both consoles price giving random excuses for those two ps4 they were offering a meager amount of 7k. I tried selling my pc peripherals and each time they will give some excuse and decline your order. Every time I found the selling experience horrible as they will in the name of testing destroy or tamper the item remove your warranty seal or replace items with a similar faulty item and return it back to you.

Total scam. I sent a ps5 disc to them, with absolutely zero scratches and they told me it is rejected because of too many scratches 😂. Never ever try this website. I should have read the reviews.

I want my refund ...The site is for sale now that I have already paid? Bullsht...I couldn't login from my phone the site had error404 or sometimes said Gameloot is for sale.. I tried logging in from another device and my it says no user id found with my Gmail ID ..I literally have prove that gameloot even send me mail on my Gmail..I don't even know if I'll get the product or refund .. petty much SCAMMED ATM ..worst experience

I bought a preowned Dead Space Xbox series game from Gameloot.in in October of 2023. The Disc didn’t have major noticeable scratches before. In March of 2024 I wanted to sell the disc back to them, as I didn’t had anytime to play it. I had just inserted the disc only once in my console since it was delivered. And God is my witness I couldn’t play the game.
However when my pickup was done the Gameloot team received my disc and kept it for nearly a week without giving me any necessary updates and made me raise a compliant as to why I was not given my credit. Then they finally send me an email that my game disc have many scratches and it’s being returned!
I was extremely pissed off and called their customer support and demanded why they kept my game for 1 whole week without informing me about the scratches within 24 hrs as per their own policy. To my shock they blamed me for sending a disc full of scratches and won’t listen to me or give me any explanation. They told me that I was sent a email after 24 hrs of delivery, that my game is being returned, but I checked my system and there was no such email sent to me. I spoke to the team and the manager and one female manager even threatened me that they will discard my game if refuse to accept it, and the main manager Saurabh was least bothered to even listen to my side and wouldn’t even consider to cooperate. I felt very humiliated and insulted and scammed after I spoke to them. So I demanded proof from their system and called them multiple times about them sending me the email and still they didn’t give me any such proof.
They either mishandled my game disc in their testing process during the week or replaced my game with their own damaged disc. Then the very next day they sent me the disc with one day delivery with deep visible scratches which was not present before and they scammed me and made me look like a fool.
Now I can’t sell it to anyone and my money is wasted, most importantly my self respect was damaged as they made me feel like I’m the one scamming them.
God will Judge such crooked people!
If you readers don’t want to go through what I experienced, kindly do yourselves a favour and avoid them at all cost.

Recently I successfully sold 2 items to Gameloot store, first I thought whether it will be ok or not to sell after seeing such negative reviews, still I take risk because many buyers aren't available to accept my items & only Gameloot was sole buyer for my items, so after taking huge risk I got a magical surprise, first their support team provide the service very fast then after 2 days of testing they accept both of my items without creating any hassle and got the payment next day. According to my personal experience I am really impressed.

I have been purchasing from gameloot since 5 years now. Thanks to gameloot I was able to recover the losses which I had incurred while selling my own stuff back in early 2010s to gamexs and individual buyers who are now selling the same stuff at profit. I don't think I will be buying more pre owned stuff .

Worth mentioning that all my purchases from the site have been satisfactory. They can improve on the description and be more specific if they are not selling orignal accessories on the hardware department.

They should consider putting a stamp on the console as well to shut down buyer's who buy from them sell that on a profit by calling them a scam when they are the scammers.

Gameloot is an Indian ecommerce website where you can purchase refurbished or new electronic products like gaming consoles, VR headsets etc. The website also provides options to sell your electronic gadgets. Their service is also good.

These guys are scammers i posted my sell order on 3rd December after which they sent me an email on 10th December that the game is being tested they went blank after that... After 5 days when i didn't receive the money for the game i called them i was trying to talk to the customer care he kept on cutting the call after a while later after calling again and again he told me the game is rejected and it will be returned and you would have received an email regarding tracking the return when i told the customer care that i haven't received any e-mail regarding return he cut the call again i would suggest no one to ever buy or sell at this site its a scam

Good place for selling computer parts...I had an old dell pc which was not working...Sold its cpu and ram sticks and hdd for 1800 rupees...I sent them the products...At first their service was bad....Even after 10 days of delivering the item my money was not transferred...Called them...The good thing is that they took the call immideately and answered in a good manner....They told me that my payment was at hold and told me that it would be transferred within 1 week....Then i waited for 1 month.....After about 1 month and 3 weeks they called me one day saying that my hdd was corrupted and they would send me the remaing money which was 1400 rs..I agreed and on the same day i recieved the payment via the given payment method.....Very late but since it was not urgent i had no problems...They even sent me the hdd after 2 days.....Late but good

I bought the airpods max for 25k, It was mentioned that there was no case but they delivered it in a leather case with even silicon covering for the headphones. Also a new cable was provided. I'm extremely happy with this and this website isn't a scam.
