Pre-ordered a game. The cover page box art was torn apart. I knew that they will not take the returns and did not want to get into any more headaches, so pointing out for any future buyers

Irresponsible team, try gamenation.in instead

This website seemed legit at first. I sold two games and opted to courier the product myself which I did. They recieved the product and said they are testing the games. Even after 4 or 5 days the status was testing. Then I called twice and nobody answered. After a couple of days they said my games had significant scratches and they'll be returning it. Iam 100% sure my games had no scratches because I checked when I packed them. It took them almost 2 and half weeks for them to ship it, which they did after me sending them numerous emails. Once they said my pincode is not serviceable so they'll send by bluedart the next day. Again no tracking ID for several days. Then, for the last email they sent me a reply which am not even sure what they meant

"We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have booked a reverse pick-up for the order.
The tracking number generated via Bluedart.com is xxxxxxxxxx.
Please note that once the game is delivered to us, we will reproduce the same issue. If the same issue is reproduced, we will provide a replacement or refund for the order. If the game works perfectly fine, we will ship it back."

I am not sure what they were trying to do here. At last recieved my product and I've decided I'll never use their website or service again. Try gamenation.in instead. They bought the exact same games which was rejected by gameloot.

Really Bad Site for Gamers

1-Bad customer care. Nobody picks the call on the number during the timing advertised on website.
2-No way to get notified when products come back in stock. Nor the company has any interest to improve customer experience.
3-Expects customer to spend endless hours to just come and check if the product is back in stock or not.
4-Product goes out of stock at checkout. Happened more than two times. This site just plays with you. Doesn't seem real.
5- No details about the used products condition.
6-Sad place for anyone looking for a good customer service.
